Ok, the tiny little hope I had left for the South America community, where I really thought they might get something special, has turned true! Yes!!!! I just wish they had done that on the other tour legs. No denying though (as I already thought) the crowds are absolutely amazing and sing along loudly for every song!

Let‘s hope that:

1. They play more good oldies, preferably from Nimrod and Insomniac (or Warning)

2. They play some 21CB (like East Jesus Nowhere or 21CB itself)

3. (and this is the most unlikely) they play one or more new RevRad songs (previously not, or rarely played live)

Fingers crossed...

And 4.: They record a live-DVD there 🙏

It's very strange that the country they've played the most gigs in this year, the US, is the country where they've played the least varied setlists.

Nice Guys Finish Last and F.O.D, wow! I hope someone got good footage of those. Nice to see them playing Armatage Shanks, J.A.R, Scattered and Waiting again.
Please please please let us get a live DVD from this leg of the tour

they did NOT do She for the first time in forever I guess. Would way rather hear F.O.D. and it was even 30 songs. That's how it should always be.

When I told the girls behind me that they didn't play She they hadn't even noticed that. No one missed it I guess. The setlist was amazing. F.O.D., Waiting, Scattered, J.A.R., Armatage Shanks. I even enjoyed KFAD.

I have no idea why She is a staple. It's not particularly well known, special or loved either as a song or live performance, there's plenty of Dookie played with or without it, and any other Dookie song (or pretty much any pre Warning song for that matter) would do in its place. They must just really like it I guess.

That said cool setlist! It would be awesome to see FOD and Armatage Shanks.

I kind of feel like they just found a set list they thought was like the perfect set list and got kind of attached to it or something. OR it's because while they do have a ton of fans in the US, it's probably also a higher percentage of casual fans than anywhere else. My country kind of sucks when it comes to being quality/dedicated/intense fans of anyone. Not that there aren't those of us like that who exist, but we're fewer and further between. And, I think they worried about keeping the energy level up which is also hard to do with US audiences. A lot of artists, big and small, that I'm big fan of do the more generic sets here and deeper cuts abroad.

It really sucks though.

It's strange. I saw both songs during the Club tour in the US about a year ago and also FOD during the Trilogy tour also in the US. Their setlists have been really vanilla for a long time, but I don't think it's anything to do with the US vs. International dates. I don't know what the real reason is. The only thing I can speculate is that they had a few weeks off between the US and Brazil, they rehearsed a bit before South America, and during rehearsal they were playing some of these songs, having fun, and decided to play them live again. Could be that simple.

Oh yeah I think it's just totally normal for them to want to change things up later in the tour, was the same with 21st CB.

I'm personally not that bothered about seeing rare songs etc and am happy to see the setlist they've crafted over the years and just updated a bit for the new album so not complaining about it.

Yes! When my expectations are so incredibly low, they manage to suprise me. BUT WHY NOW, WHY DID IT TAKE THEM SO LONG TO PLAY INSOMNIAC?! gotta calm down a bit I guess... Still, happy for the people that heard it, but damn, I’m so f***ing jealous...

Nice! I was going to say I'd really love to see GSB live but I checked and I have and sadly can't even remember it :P. Was 7 years ago to be fair, still great to see it on the setlist.

To be fair, they don't go to South America that often. So I think it's alright that they get longer setlists and some songs they didn't play in Europe or the US.

Or it's Green Days way of telling us that European and American crowds just totally suck

I can see why they'd want to play some different songs as the tour goes on, it's cool and probably for themselves as much as anything. But as far as how enjoyable it actually is to be at the show a couple of different songs played makes very little difference to the overall experience. They're still playing a load of entertaining Green Day songs either way, and I still think it's crazy how much importance is put on a few songs on a setlist here as if it's the difference between the greatest show ever and crap not worth buying a ticket for :P

It’s kind of sad that this is something we even need to freak out about.

When you’re essentially touring on a greatest hits setlist, I don’t understand why playing a lead single from a successful album is basically just as likely as playing Whatsername.

Not gonna happen but what about a setlist without any songs off Dookie or AI? Considering they are GD's landmark albums and most of the songs from these records make it to the live sets, so here we go:

1. Bang Bang

2. Revolution Radio

3. Welcome To Paradise

4. Say Goodbye

5. Know Your Enemy

6. 99 Revolutions

7. Static Age

8. Outlaws

9. Bouncing Off The Wall

10. Stuck With Me

11. 16

12. Brain Stew

13. Jaded

14. Take Back

15. Armatage Shanks

16. At The Library

17. 2000 Light Years Away

18. Carpe Diem

19. Hitchin' A Ride

20. Nice Guys Finish Last

21. Castaway

22. Minority

23. Waiting

24. No One Knows

25. Youngblood

26. Troubled Times

27. 21 Guns

28. American Eulogy

29. Still Breathing

30. Scattered

31. Too Dumb To Die

32. Ordinary World

ENCORE:

33. Somewhere Now

34. Song Of The Century / 21st Century Breakdown

35. East Jesus Nowhere

36. Only Of You

37. Forever Now

38. Good Riddance
