Trying not to get my hopes up (about anything) but it would be cool if they did!

The article also said set lists are based on their mood that day (a theory I've entertained myself) and I think it's safe to say at least one of them is in a pretty good mood at the moment :P

I'd be surprised if they don't, quite honestly. But those of you who have read my posts before might recognize the fact that I am a wishful thinker at times when it comes to their setlists!

Given the Insomniac nods he's given on Instagram lately, I'd say there's a decent chance we'll see some of those cuts soon as well. Another thing I haven't been shy about is posting about how good their deep Insomniac songs sounded at Webster last fall. They can still crush those tunes when they want to- hopefully we'll see them again soon.

*Edit: they sound checked Homecoming, so it looks like that one is on the way. I'm an idiot for not calling that one- and I happened to watch Heart Like a Hand Grenade for the first time last night as well and had failed to predict it. Stupid oversight by me- of course they'd play that tonight.

Confirmed that The Grouch will probably never get played live because Billie Joe forgot how the damn song goes

It must be a lot harder to be spontaneous and changeable on an arena  tour with pyro and backdrop and lighting design.

Worked in Sydney with no disruption.

Billie said on his livestream that he'd love to play it but it's been so long he would mess it up (somebody asked in the comments)

It's not like they can't rehearse it or anything if they really wanted to lol

:lol::lol:  Yes, I imagine.

Mike on the right there: the GDC peeps demand more Insomniac, when you think about it they are great songs!

Billie: *sigh* not this again.....

Tré: If I have to do that fucking Shout falsetto one more time

Honestly though! It seems like he's going to have to go back and relearn the lyrics to Holiday anyway, might as well make a pit stop and learn The Grouch too. :P

I thought Nice Guys Finish Last would definitely be done yesterday! As if they cut Ordinary World...even less from RevRad, that is lame, I was thinking maaaaybe Somewhere Now for the homecoming show but..  mehh.

Maybe OW was cut for time? I heard there was an 11:00 curfew and the show ended right at 11:00.

Well I'm done bitching about the setlist because after having seen the clips, the Oakland show was performed with so much energy and passion I have to assume they know what they were doing. It was still a great show.

It would be nice if they did some different songs, but for me not the end of the world if they don't because they're playing what they're happy to play & I wouldn't want the shows to lose their high energy. Most people who are regularly criticising the setlists

A: Have only been to one gig

B: Are watching shitty footage on Periscope/livestreams

C: Have no experience of actually playing in a band

It's funny cause it's actually the opposite. It's the people who are going to many shows that are getting frustrated.

We took my sister to her first GD show last month and she loved it, she even said there wasn't a single song she wanted to hear that they didn't play.

Im in the 1% who selfishly wants them to play something different whether that means them dropping Longview, Hitchin A Ride, She, Holiday, BOBD

(not basket case though cause that song never gets boring)

They just need to overhaul the setlist & have faith in their catalogue.  Im not one to knock their energy - the RevRad tour has ticked all the boxes for me - energy, pyro, catwalk were the 3 things I wanted back.
