St. Jonny
Definitely! Hoping for a next leg of the tour switch up. No Christie Road is just a slap in the face though. 25TH Anniversary of Kerplunk! 2000 Light Years Away and Christie Road should be a minimum! Who Wrote Holden Caulfield? be nice to considering how short it is and it is supposedly his favorite song off the album.
Clockwise
I'm going to at least two shows of this tour and I'll be happy with whatever they play, but I am super happy I got lucky at Rough Trade and Webster Hall last year.

Meanwhile better tracks like Troubled Times and Say Goodbye never get played or even Too Dumb To Die which, while I don't like it, I specifically recall rolling my eyes when I read in an interview that it was Billie's favourite song. So what gives? Why doesn't he at least play his own favourite song instead of the worst one on the album? Why not change it up? It's really head wrecking. If they played Troubled Times live now after the lyrics video has been out I bet it would get an awesome reaction because more casual fans would have seen it online. Also I doubt there's a fan alive who actually wants to see/hear KYE live at this point if we only get to choose one 21st Century Breakdown song. EJN anyone? Didn't they play Troubled Times during soundcheck in Prague? I think I read that somewhere. So I still think there is a chance that they will play it live soon. Don't know why they didn't yet, but I'm sure they have their reasons. I'm thinking about bringing a sign with me on Monday that says "Play Troubled Times", let's see what happens

I think it will make a debut soon, maybe your sign will help I'm pretty positive we can expect them to try some new song from RevRad when the US spring tour starts, if not sooner. And although I'm not really a fan of Youngblood, Billie seems to love it and really enjoy singing it, and so does a surprising number of other people I'd love to hear Say Goodbye or Too Dumb to Die instead, but that's just my preference... if they enjoy playing Youngblood more then so be it. I'm happy with the fact that we get to hear Bang Bang + RR + Still Breathing + Forever Now at every show now.

St. Jonny
Both are great. Christie Road is just heavier, therefore for me, better. Shame the band doesn't do the whole song.

With the exclusive Kerrang story about GD coming to UK and everything, it would make sense. Still bringing my sign on Monday, hope dies last. Youngblood is an old song which is only seeing the light of day now. Testament to the fact that they have no quality control anymore. You think it's "fun". That's nice for you. Quality wise it's not as good as B sides like Too Much Too Soon, Lights Out or Hearts Collide yet they never made albums, weren't played live every night and their lyrics didn't make most fans wince. Meanwhile we have much better songs on this new album not getting played live even once including the song Billie said was HIS favourite. It's like who IS writing the setlist?! I am glad they played Christie Road again last night

Marki.
Didn't Billie also say that Youngblood is his favourite in one interview? Or at least that he loves playing the song... I think his favourites might change quite frequently

All I ever remember him saying about Youngblood is that it was an old song that he changed some lyrics in which I remember thinking I knew it was a cast-off that got rewritten (let the record show I posted on here I thought that the second I heard it because it's so muddled). Actually that was the same interview where he said Too Dumb to Die was his favourite song. Trust me if he ever said Youngblood was his favourite song or he enjoyed any aspect of it I know a certain blog that would have emblazoned the quote on five million photos of his face and posted them all over the interwebs. And it's a very danceable song. I feel like it would be a great moment during the show. I agree. BOTW is much better and I don't understand why they never play it. It's so good! It reminds me of oldschool Green Day.

Remember iHeart when he abruptly stopped midway through Basket Case and said something along the lines of fuck this shit I want to play something new. A glimpse of honesty breaking through. Maybe even he doesn't play what HE wants but what he thinks the audience wants or worse again it isn't even him calling all the shots after all who writes "mic drop" on their own setlist unless they have severe memory problems and we've seen that on quite a few of the setlists from small venues etc.

But, Youngblood (or anything from RR) is new - I think they wouldn't be playing it if they didn't want to. But of course, we can never know what's really going on in their heads.
