And for the love of god can we bring back the original version of boulevard of broken dreams instead of the boring version they've been playing since 2009.

What do they do? I haven't listened to that song for ages. I recall it's different but don't know how.

The first verse and chorus it's played only by Jason white then the rest of the band joined them after

I really hope they'll play at least a couple of songs from the Trilogy: last months there was lack of those songs in their shows.

Also, something more from Warning. I'd like them to play one song from every album.

The good thing is that we need to wait just 30 hours to discover the new setlist. And I'll have only 4 days to memorize it before the concert.

Just gonna jump in here as a buzzkill to say they probably will play the same songs the whole tour. Maybe a few unexpected along the way, but c'mon, it's Green Day, they always play the same songs year after year in the big arena tours :(

And, I also think the trilogy will be completely forgotten this tour, maybe a hint of Nuclear Family (based on the first show of the U.S tour) but no more.
I hope i'm so wrong, cause I like the songs they don't play live more than the popular ones :D

Better version

Yeah, I'm down with the original. They should also just have Holiday bleed into it near the beginning a few songs in like on AI. The drawn version is old, original is way to go!

Would be nice if they pulled 80 out more. It is not done enough.

That is my aim in life - to hear 80 live at least once!

It's boring to watch on video but when I'm at a show I don't find it boring that way. The singalong at the beginning is great and then there's still the whole rest of the song to enjoy the proper way. If we're talking boring live versions how about 21 Guns? No "when it's time to live and let die..." part after the solo, just seemingly endless chorus repetition instead.

However they do it I really hope they play BOBD because it sounds lovely live, and also my sister and I are amused by how Billie literally always (like, every time from 2004 to now) changes the last "the only thing that's beating" so that the "beating" goes lower and how he must've wished he'd done it that way in the studio and we look forward to exchanging glances over it. And watching Jason's hands playing the ending is another show highlight.

I would love if the play trilogy songs, but I don't think that could happen, Mike said they needed more time to "Be friend with that old ex-girlfriend", so yeah, maybe in a few years =/.

I never complain about setlists cause I seriously could see them play KFAD for 2 hours and I still would be the happiest girl in the world (or maybe I'm just so desperate to see them live lol), BUT I really really hope they change the setlist a little bit, maybe not every night, but at least every now and then.

I guess seeing it live is usually a different story. I'll know if my mind changes in 3 months I guess haha

Just another day to the European tour.
I'm making my backpack for those gigs and I really really hope they could fill these setlists with some old shit!

Shocker! Glad we can also be sure they will NOT be doing 21 Guns again. Great song, but a thing of the past, too many songs, too little time. No guns. Would be cool with one Trilogy song, that changes every night based on how they feel.

It'd be cool if they toured with like 60 songs, played around 30-35 every night, and mixed up the set to be more unpredictable. Just like Pearl Jam and The Cure do.
