because its not that good? Just a rip off shes a rebel

That's an interesting take.  Yeah I did hear a little She's a Rebel, but I think the guitars, the lyrics, and everything are just spot on in that song IMO.

What do you think of Bouncing Off The Wall?

I think Bouncing off the wall is the first song in my life which I try to sing along at the first listen, without even knowing the lyrics.

I've listened to it 3 times already! I love it! Bang Bang, Revolution Radio, Youngblood, Bouncing Off The Wall, Still Breathing and Say Goodbye are my favorites. The whole album is so good!

And Youngblood is the second one.

Actually the only problem of the album is that the 1st half is much better. Between Still Breathing and Forever Now all songs are kind of average. Everything else is brilliant.

I really really like it, I think it's very fresh and modern sounding, probably an 8 the same as you.  What do you think of "Bouncing Off The Wall?"

And who agrees than Somewhere Now part in Forever Now is even better than Somewhere Now itself (even with the latter being great)? THose bow guitars in the verse are blowing my mind.

Green Day's formula for RevRad. Recycle old songs, turn the guitars way too loud and add a huge ammount of vocal effects.

Ordinary World in its simplicity kicks all other songs because it's done right.

This is not their best album.

That said, I'm in love with it. This is all I wanted from Green Day, going into more experimental sounds (kind of Brutal Love) without forgetting their roots.

Billie, Mike, Tre: THANK YOU.

I loved it so much. Its second time listening the album. But as someone pointed out after Still breathing it kinda gets boring until ordinary world. I think I liked troubled times

I'm open to criticisim but if you dislike Outlaws... Just give up on Green Day already.

That song is like a highlight in their career, no joke.

liking on second listen : say goodbye, somewhere now.

in love forever: ordinary world . since everyone is comparing.. i'll say my favorite acoustic one is "Macy's Day Parade" and second Ordinary World. Macy's Day Parade is emotional roller coaster, it makes you cry .This one is hopeful but it has the same thing--the sincerity in Billie's acoustic songs.

Exactly. It was a dark horse of an album. (and by the way it has this horse jumping wild west feeling)
