I bet they will film the reactions while listening again, like they did with the Spanish contest with Bang Bang. That's just awkward.
I don't think I would be able to have my full focus on listening while there's a camera right in front of my face capturing every weird movement I make out of excitement.

I never found anything about the Spanish contest, there's a video of that?

It should leak any day now due to how long its being uploaded on itunes

My little brother was able to pull revolution radio off iTunes before it was released somehow (idk how he did it he's just techy) I had him try to pull still breathing yesterday and he said there wasn't a file yet.

They won't film reactions like the Spanish contest, they will just ask questions after the listening.

Only albums. Singles can be released any day, as they have done many other times.

I think its for singles too. They have released both of these songs on a friday and if I remember correctly they released Oh Love on a monday too (which was the industrial standard back then). Also all of the bands on mainstream labels that I listen to have released their new songs on a friday I think.

I'm trying to figure out if I want to preorder the CD itself, or a bundle, or not preorder and pray Walmart has it in stock when it comes out. :P I did that with California when it came out, and I couldn't find a copy for months. I don't really have thirty dollars, plus shipping, to throw at a shirt bundle, but I also want to buy it just to have it (because somehow I don't have enough band shirts yet imagine that)

The music industry is currently structured in a way that encourages both albums and singles to be released on Fridays.  It doesn't mean they have to be.

NEVER buy Green Day CDs from Walmart, unless you want to hear censored music. I'm honestly surprised they agreed to have their music sold there.

I clicked on Listen to, but I only got a bigger picture. Please fix the link, thank you.

"listen to Forever Now", That's the song I myself am looking forward to the most! Almost a 7 minute song meaning it will be multi-parted and epic. CAN'T WAIT!

If it's a JoS or 21CB-level epic I'll be out of mind.

Probably just 3 minutes of silence to end the record.

It isn't the last song though

I'd be cool if Forever Now was the last listed song, was the full 7 minutes, and then ordinary world was a hidden track after like a minute of silence.  That'd be cool

That tiny little review made me cry. I need to get my shit together before this album comes out or I'm gonna be a hot mess listening to it.

You mean 3-4 clearly unfinished songs that were sloppily stitched together? Lol

RR review in Q magazine....

Kind of sucks that Youngblood might be a bit bland. Second half of the record does seem to be lacking more so than the first based off of impressions thus far.

Feels like almost half of the record has barely been mentioned at this point lol

2/3 of the "listen to" list is from the second half, and youngblood positively mentioned.
Troubled times mentioned in 2 or 3 articles until now.
Ordinary World described as a "fascinating apêndix to the Green Day sound"
I think its alright.

How am I complaining? Please, pray tell. And why do you have to act so dismissive towards any comment that could even slightly be interpreted as less than glowing? Lol
