I'm sure that if American Idiot had got leaked and released in 2016 people would be giving the same mixed reactions as with this album.

In Heart Like a Hand Grenade, people were giving them shit online for having bongos in the intro of Extraordinary Girl and thought the album would be trash. Ended up being their most successful album of all time.

Oh boy the waveforms are hilarious

If you think any Green Day album has had any dynamic range since Nimrod, you're horribly mistaken.

How the fuck is Seagull gonna sit here and say the trilogy is better than this album? Hahahaha.

Green Day are back, fuckers!

Pretty confident that my least favourite will be Ordinary World but who knows, could change.

About to pack a bowl, pour a little glass of rum and press play. Here we goooo

Just finished the fourth listen and... I WANNA START A REVOLUTION AND I WANNA HEAR IT ON THE RADIO. AGAIN. AND AGAIN.

Sorry for the uppercase, but I was actually screaming it in my room.

He's just being a cunt and winding people up for the sake of it, ignore anything he says.

You're just trying to ruin everyone's mood. Please stop.

No. You can't deny that mastering is so bad that the waveforms are flat and you can't even hear different guitar parts because tracks are so loud and noisy.

I'm downloading the album now. I really hope this works. *fingers crossed*

Despite the massive hate Outlaws is getting, I'm sure that when I'll be on my 40's, I'll play this song and I won't be able to handle the nostalgia of youth and I'll shed a few tears remembering this time of life, right now I'm forever young.

I can't wait to hear the album! I think I'm going to love it based on what I've been reading about it.

Ok so I've now listened to the whole album and I really like it. The only songs I'm not really sure of are Outlaws and Youngblood, but they'll probably grow on me the more I listen.

My favourites are Say Goodbye, Still Breathing, Troubled Times and Ordinary World.

It's my least favourite, unless you're into really slow acoustic-y sweet ballads then it's not worth your time. People are in love with it for some reason

Really hoping Say Goodbye or Too Dumb to Die get picked as the next singles and not Youngblood (as that picture predicted pre-Bang Bang release).

Youngblood is the perfect single.

Bouncing Off The Wall is the only song I disliked but it's not that terrible.

But man, Outlaws... what a song. Definitely the best song apart from the singles.

I'd give it a 7~7.5/10 after a few listens considering 10/10 an American Idiot.

I'm not generally a big fan of that, and I think the lyrics get pretty laughably bad at points, so that's why I'm assuming

The waveforms are the same of almost every contemporary album. If this is really what matters for you in a rock record you just have to wait for the FLAC file. Cheers.

"...And the truth that's in the message." and "Where's the truth in the written word if no one reads it?"

I'm having a writer meltdown right now THESE LYRICS ARE HEAVEN.
