You can't copyright a title

trademark issues maybe but as one is a title of a website and one might be an album they're in different  media so the trademark may not matter

That doesn't stop asshats from trying though.

Acknowledging problems in your government doesn't make you a conspiracy theorist.

Alex Jones is kind of a conspiracy nut, though. And this is coming from a conservative-ish person who's watched InfoWars stuff on YouTube before. He says some stuff that makes sense, but a lot of it is pretty crazy IMO. Sorry if this is unrelated, mods.

I'm not a lawyer, so I have no idea. It makes sense that you couldn't use the same name for the same type of purpose like a website/podcast, but could if they were used in totally different ways.

However, if Green Day's album is political, I'm sure it could be argued to be somewhat similar.. But I honestly don't think they care either way, and I hope they don't just call the album 'RevRad' .. It's kinda lame to me.

I don't want them to name it RevRad either. It's not a word and nobody will understand what it means except us

Also I think Chris Bilheimer is still the graphic designer for this album...

I don't think that's the album cover. Maybe the artwork for the single....

Could it possibly reference "Kill the DJ" in any way, then, do you think? Given that it bears a resemblance to the cover for that particular single....

I think it's kind of pointless to assume something isn't real just because it doesn't fit the style of their previous work. I mean, if you saw this without the "GREEN DAY" on it, would you have believed it was the artwork for a Green Day single?

Sucha great song! Hope part 2 is on their new album!

I pressed the play button on Bang Bang on iHeart radio and it played Good Charlottes Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous.    I got excited for a split second.

Hmm, no, just because the covers look similar to each other doesn't mean ''Bang Bang'' has something in common with ''Kill the DJ''. At least that's my opinion. I could be wrong!!

I'm knew, well sort of, and I have inside info on the new album.   Here is a hint - you have already heard one of the songs on the album already!

Well that narrows it down (If you're even telling the truth which I highly doubt)
-Cigarettes and Valentines (Studio Version)
-Devil's Kind
-Ordinary World

Actually, it narrows it down to the millions upon millions of songs that have ever been written.
