Wonder if Revrad has anything to do with The Rev. Hmmmmm..... Pretty sure that's more to do with rehearsing the new songs than actually ever playing the same one 4 or 6 times in a row at a GD show. 2 minutes ago, JellyTime said: I'd do it! Sort of in the vein of JoS, but with songs that sound less like other, shorter songs spliced together (although it worked very well for JoS). However, it probably won't happen, as we know that at least the first single off the new record is very punky. I thought about that too. Hope there's a song like that. Can we pretty much assume Bang Bang will probably clock in around 3 minutes though?

Are they doing this contest in more countries? About Armitage, I think he's wrote ArmItage Shanks on different occasions, I'd say it's the Insomniac Song. As for the x4 in Rev Rad and Bang Bang, I'm thinking it could be the times they repeat the chorus. At the shows they did just before the trilogy came out, they were playing 99 revolutions with loooots of repetitions, it could be that again. It assures that people know the chorus for when the album comes out / the real tour (it was boring as hell I remember, but).

I'm sure they will do another multi-part track in the same vein to end the album on an epic note.

I'm not so sure, if they're going for straight-up punk it could just be an album of hard, fast two-minute songs like Insomniac instead of going for epicness. Yeah, and those all rank in my top 10 Green Day tracks, so I personally think that they do epic compositions well. I hope they try it again this time. Could be, but we don't know how the album as a whole is going to sound. A more punk sound doesn't preclude one multi-part track to add some diversity.
