i am simultaneously really, really excited for tour dates and seeing them again and really, really not ready and nervous because the midwest always gets fucked over and ticket buying stresses me out

Guys, there are some good news to wake up to. :D

I just checked the biggest German site for tickets (as I used to over the last months) and they're finally listed for "ticket alarm". This always happens when there's not much time left until they announce dates and you will be able to buy tickets. So we will get some German dates rather sooner than later. :runaround:

For those who'd like to check, it's on the main page:

Okay, I'm actually more excited than I should be :runaround:

To be honest I didn't expect European tour dates so soon.

As far as I remember, Green Day always announced dates after the album release !

But okay, I can't deny that I'm already excited for the European tour dates ! :runaround:

True, but this is more than us guessing about European dates at any time.

I think they could announce some dates today on this twitter Q&A thing, cause 3/4 of questions is about tour and countries.

As someone stated in the other thread-a majority of the questions submitted for their Q&A are regarding tour dates, so the possibility of an announcement happening today is there.

Eventim replied yesterday that they don't have any further information so far. Not that it has to be true, but that's all we get from them right now.

I hope so much they will start a "real" tour and not only come to festivals like in Germany 2013. The Rock am Ring show was great, but "pure" GD shows are much better and the fans are cooler there, too :runaround: I also signed in for the eventim ticket-alarm, so let's see what happens...

I was told for Australia at least it's a stand alone headline tour.

I'm also crossing my fingers for a pure GD show, but based on 99 Rev and AAF, they'll probably do all the big continental festivals and only a couple stand-alone shows on the mainland. The UK will probably get some stadium shows, but I'm not expecting the same for the continent.

I hope that's not true :( Somehow I have the feeling that they want a real tour this time, too. I don't think we can compare the 2012 and 2013 "tour" with the upcoming RevRad tour. It's a new start after all the shit that has happened. So I'm absolutely positive that there will be a tour like in 2009 with 21CBD. That was so great. Let's hope for the best!

Didn't Billie Joe talk about a world tour? They haven't been on a real tour for years. They definitley should play a lot of shows while they are at it. :)
