I wonder why Billie didn't keep it on the actual track, though. I want more solos on the new songs in general. Not really anything crazy fast or stuff that involves sweep picking, because I'm not sure that putting metal solos in GD's music would fit very well. Just solos similar to that one from Cuatro and earlier material on 1039SO/SH. I mean, if Billie could (HEAVY emphasis on the could, because I don't believe Billie to be one of that breed of guitarists) play virtuosic solos like, oh I don't know, Jason Becker, Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Marty Friedman, or even Glenn Tipton, I'd be totally into that as well. Last night I had a dream that a friend working at a record store showed me a trilogy B-sides/alternate takes double album, and I ran here to post about it. Can't remember the title, but it was three words, one of which was Honor. Took pictures of the front and back, with a close-up of the words "NOT a new album - 35 minute record coming soon!" One of the "new" songs was called Lumineer. By the time I was done, two other people had already posted about it and my thread was locked. I don't usually have vivid dreams like that.
