I had to have the size changed after ordering and their reply and response was fast and courteous.

Love that design. I got the hoodie a while back. Had to change my order too and they were really fast and courteous

Did anyone else get their free box of Father of All Dark Roasts? I don’t even like dark roasts but this shit is so good 👍

Live from Hella Mega is now available in a limited black vinyl but YOU NEED A COFFEE MONSTER MUG AND A BAG OF FATHER OF ALL DARK ROAST TO HAVE IT

Wow, really fancy getting one of the bundles but sheesh, shipping is as much as the bundle!  Maybe I should offer to take on Uk distribution 😁

Me and my gf have been buying Father of all Dark Roast to each other for christmas the last years, it's really good! We've also been stacking up 3 coffe mugs which is really nice.

We also bought a few pairs of ceramic coaster on request to the shop, it was put out in the store for us and after ordering they were removed again.

Really good experience shopping from the Oakland Coffee store!

Is it a rebrand or a new coffee, it still says Oakland Coffee? It also says welcome to Green Day’s new coffee company, what’s going on?

Sounds like a rebranding of Oakland Coffee.  I think it's a good move, the coffee brand needs some life injected into it with more of a fun vibe.

I’m glad I bought some Oakland Coffee merch recently while it was still that, but I love the name Punk Bunny lol. Excited to see how they rebrand.

Interesting someone on reddit pointed out that the trademark for Oakland Coffee was only just registered in October:

https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=97374588&caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION&caseType=DEFAULT&searchType=statusSearch

I wonder if the filing tipped another trademark owner off and they’re being forced to change the name

There’s also some long legal drama around Caruso’s Coffee, the company formerly at the location that will now be Punk Bunny Coffee. Maybe PBC bought the operation and is moving out of Oakland and into Cleveland to do business?

This is a bummer. It seems like they are moving everything away from the East Bay. Jingletown is gone, Mike sold Rudy’s, Billie sold Broken Guitars and now this. 🙃

Maybe it has to do with property taxes.  I can imagine it dips hard into profits.  I have a cousin move their business out the east bay to the midwest for that reason.

Ahh I wondered why they didn’t play there anymore. I’m sure the sobriety thing is a role in that too. I wonder if he still owns a share of 1234 Go?

I don’t think he ever did, it’s owned by Steve Stevenson

He owned the apartment up top and was an investor in the early days

That apartment is part of Otis. I think Steve rented his space from him but they haven’t had any ownership of the business afaik

I guess we have different information then! I worked right across the street for years next to BG’s.
