They're already on Knowledge? Then they have 3 songs left and over an hour to go...

Jesus of Suburbia, Homecoming, A Quick One While He's Away, and Dirty Rotten Bastards are going to fill up that time.

He'd look much better with that shirt off. It's god awful. :P I honestly wasn't expecting too many updates though, seeing as there's so few people there and it's such a once-in-a-lifetime event. Maybe some will start appearing tomorrow?

To everyone talking about green day being banned did we all forget they played there in 2001?

You're lucky enough that your favourite band is made up of kind individuals who haven't forgotten their roots and despite being one of the biggest bands in the world are happy to play for free to raise money for a cause close to their roots.

So many bands become full of themselves and become embarrassing with shitty behaviour - turning up late for shows, cancelling gigs, groupies or whatever. I feel so grateful and lucky that Green Day have remained such decent, generous and humble human beings despite all the fame and success they've had. They've never done anything to make me feel anything other than proud to be a fan.

Rather than whining about the setlist, or making up shit about someone's marriage, why not just be grateful that the members of this band are such great people. Not many other bands as big or famous as Green Day give so much back to their fans or their community.

"I... I am 29, DAMMIT! I will wear this spiked wrist cuff to prove it. I CANNOT AGE!" - BJA

I was thinking the same to all the people on twitter saying "First time since 1993!!!!"

Yeah but they weren't actually allowed to play that night, they just got up on stage in the middle of the Influent's set and started to play. Isn't it?

So... first time (officially) since 93

For her part Adie really went all out posting weird things on IG...teddy bears with buttons of a five year old Billie (verging on creepy), hashtags about him being the handsomestman (or some terrible phrase/spelling hardly becoming of a lady in her mid 40's) and then...there was...THAT animated video. The least Billie could do is slip the ring back on.

Ummm...what?! O_O

Haha...you can see shit in these photos though someone has claimed to be able to make out wedding rings lol. It's impossible to see detail though his shirt and tie combo is fuck ugly.and that could have been seen from space!! A spiked bracelet wouldn't be bad...Mike wears them all the time lol!!

Ummm...what?! O_O

By seperating this from the rest of my post you clearly lost the whole point. A post that begins and ends with #trefucked80 and is joking about their divorce probably shouldn't be dissected into sentences ;) That way people may think I'm being serious.

Yeah, I think the only cool thing about his drunken rant was him calling out Justin Bieber, other than that, it was very painful to watch him shut down on stage. Even now on Facebook and everywhere, memes and comics come up with the 'one fucking minute' line. People make jokes out of something that was not funny at all. It really put a negative tab on the band for a while. =/ I was really worried about him at the time, but I still love them and him to the moon and back regardless, though.

OK.

In that case, I officially don't understand this thread, but compared to the April ones, it's mildly disturbing.

i just wanna say that i was pretty embarrassed to be a fan when billie was drunk as fuck at iheart radio.

Isn't being worried about him a more logical reaction?

making it embarrassing to be a fan because if anyone found out you liked them, they had to bring it up and act like BJ was like that every day.

Ummm, people were doing that in 1994/95 already, because of his "exhibitionism" et cetera.

I remember being worried about him back then as that seemed out of place, as much as I was in 2012, the rest didn't matter.

Good thing you're not Billie Joe or his spokesperson. :)
