Billie in a hardware store The best I could find is 2015, which doesn't tell us much. Never noticed the hardware store before. Never pictured billie as a handy kind of guy. Never pictured billie as a handy kind of guy. Well he's worked for Habitat for Humanity building houses and he makes and paints skateboards. So he obviously has some handyman skills.
