desertrose Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 I bought the last CD and 1 of the vinyl. There were 3 people who pm'd me wanting me to get them a CD, but there were no more.
BeachBum Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 Those with the CD. Is there a booklet or just the artwork?
Certified Nimrod Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 Those with the CD. Is there a booklet or just the artwork? Todd has the CD and he told me that it's just the art.
green day is Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 Todd has the CD and he told me that it's just the art. Jeff has the CD and he told me there's an entire novel.
Certified Nimrod Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 Jeff has the CD and he told me there's an entire novel. Zack is a butt and he told me he wants to be suspended.
BeachBum Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 Todd has the CD and he told me that it's just the art. K just checking.
desertrose Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 I just opened my vinyl and I got the red one. Looks great. The code was K1
BCap Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 I just opened my vinyl and I got the red one. Looks great. The code was K1 How do you determine the vinyl color, anyway?
Cath Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 How do you determine the vinyl color, anyway? there's no way to know, it's a surprise
BCap Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 there's no way to know, it's a surprise I thought people on here had figured out a way to deduce it... I'm starting to debate on getting the vinyl, but I'm really not sure (due to the price). I may have to end up buying from a record store online once they release their stock for sale, since it looks like my local stores might not have copies on ANY format left (at least, that's what they think - several are closed today due to Easter). In any case, I'm still prioritizing cassette, then CD as my top two.

basKT_case90 Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 So I ended up buying the cassette on eBay for $50 AUD (inc. shipping). Pretty damn pricey for something I will probably never open or play, but I was desperate to add this rare item to my collection. Especially since others have mentioned they bought it in store for under $15. Boy will I feel foolish if it eventually gets a wider general release for much much cheaper :/
green day is Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Tom Neely the artist signing the albums. I wonder if there are any GD albums out there signed by the band and the artist. That'd be pretty cool.
EatmyDookie Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 After going through ebay for a very long time I actually found a red vinyl that is actually pretty cheap if anyone wants the link
Certified Nimrod Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 After going through ebay for a very long time I actually found a red vinyl that is actually pretty cheap if anyone wants the link How does the seller know that it's red?
EatmyDookie Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 How does the seller know that it's red? It has the label K1 on it. From everyone else's posts their vinyl that had that label on it was red
Certified Nimrod Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 It has the label K1 on it. From everyone else's posts their vinyl that had that label on it was red My clear says K1.
EatmyDookie Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 My clear says K1. That's weird everyone else's was red? So you are not interested in that seller I assume?
Cruise Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 It has the label K1 on it. From everyone else's posts their vinyl that had that label on it was red I believe we established that identified where it was made.
Certified Nimrod Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 That's weird everyone else's was red? So you are not interested in that seller I assume? I wasn't interested in buying the record anyway, I was just asking.
Cruise Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 I would be interested in it. I am looking to buy it but don't to pay the crazy amount to get it instore out here. Hoping for a cheap ebay vinyl.
Liam Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Rang a JB-HI-FI this morning and they had one copy left. They held it for me and I just went and picked it up Sadly nowhere has vinyls, not really surprised though.
