Spike
I write about schools, and I'm constantly mistaken for a high schooler. Don't ask me how. I wish I looked like this when I was in high school. It would've been a lot easier experience, I assume.
AlissaGoesRAWR
Just as long as you don't oh... Wait... Never mind I'm not married to someone in high school, if that's what you're getting at. He's 6 months older than me. I'm actually going to see them at House of Blues next month. ... My first time stepping foot in that venue since the Green Day show. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna bawl my eyes out.

Beerjeezus
I'm kind of disappointed I never got to see him perform as his drunken shitshow self, tbh... (flame shield)I have a thing for Rev, otherwise I don't think I'm missing out on something special
Popular Post Hermione
Just listened to Loss Of Control and enjoyed it. Didn't mind Troublemaker, either. I still don't get the line "I'm not straight, 'cause I'm bent out of shape". I see it's supposed to be a pun, but I fail to see the joke. Aww I love that line! "I wouldn't say I'm straight 'cause I'm bent out of shape", to me it's a statement of his sexuality, with a little play on words where he's also saying he's bent out of shape/up for confrontation. Say what you want about the rest of the song but I think that's a quality line, a bold and defiant statement.

DannyDirnt
You and I disagree on a lot, I see. Maybe, but we both agree with Alex. How can that be?
Guest
So I listened to part of Warning last night, and it occurred to me that in 2009, aside from 21CB, it was Green Day's worst album. Since the trilogy was released, though, it's merely middle of the pack now. Amazing how three terrible albums can totally change the rest of a band's catalog. The Great Saiyaman
I think Amanda is a beautiful song and has always been my favorite on Tré.
captain peroxide
This YouTube video of Amanda live is seriously the best. The part where he's talking about people being a recurring dream in your life... and how Amanda is the girl from She, Whatsername and I assume Stuart and the Ave... and then he builds up this hype with the awesome riff and "naming the girl"... Her name's not actually Amanda. Same number of syllables, though.

captain peroxide
"Shaniqua, don't you know?" Duuude, that's privileged information, that's why I didn't say it.
Libertine Angel
Someone called Shaniqua went to my primary school, her parents were arrested for scamming the lottery. That wasn't Green Day-related, carry on...
Guest
Shaniqua shit herself in the queue at Brixton.
AlissaGoesRAWR
Her name's not actually Amanda. Same number of syllables, though. I assumed it was a purely symbolic "name"... but a hyping tactic nonetheless. So, you have access to this privileged information? Intriguing. I was told that her real name was amanda and billie called her before the trilogy was released and showed her the song and she let them use her name. Guess i was given false info haha

The only girl I know of him dating before Adie wasn't named Amanda, but that doesn't mean he didn't date someone named that.
