Still, if who is and isn't a member of a band boils down to royalties then we're reading far too much into things.It doesn't, like I said, but still interesting to know if he contributed to writing on the albums (or contributed enough to be credited for it at least). So if Jason is the fourth member, then why did they only make Uno, Dos, and Tre with Billie, Mike, and Tre, and then abandon the Cuatro cover with Jason, and put a group shot on the Cuatro cover? The three "main" band members got their own albums, and Jason got a small part on the Cuatro cover.
