I really like the chorus of Static Age. The ending is kind of grating because of the cheesy key change and the fact it sounds like they just used pitch shift instead of actually recording it higher. But the static age one is irritating, mainly because I just don't feel it's quality justifies being repeated 7 or 8 times in the song. Ah, see, the artificial sounds of the high notes aren't filters, that's just bog standard pitch correction I don't mind it at all on RHS but it does start to grate on 21 Guns, I'd much prefer it if he'd done all but the last chorus in full voice, like he does live. The thing is, chances are there's pitch correction on a larger proportion of his vocals but it's far more noticeable on the high notes, so it can stick out like a sore thumb.
