I do not post my posts for you to like me or agree with my Green Day/music thoughts, but I can damn sure disagree with you...BLASPHEMY

Nice of you to alter what I said...

Ok, but when we dislike something, it's because our music taste sucks, right? Yeah, sure buddy

It's just silly to me for someone to dislike this album when this album is so Green Day. If you dislike Insomniac, you do not like Green Day

Insomniac, Dookie and Kerplunk are what I consider "pure Green Day". They just define the band perfectly.

It sounded like he was infatuated with everybody

Yeah, if you include the other love songs, but the 1000 hours EP was only about Jennifer.

I think Back in the USA is my favorite song released since American Idiot. I don't know exactly why but I love it.

I know a lot of people don't like the 1000 hours EP (even Billie said it was too sappy), but I'll always have a soft spot for those early love songs. There's something so endearing about a teenage Billie being totally infatuated with somebody.

The song 1000 Hours is the only one that's just too sappy for me . But I love the other 3 and otherwise I agree, the infatuation/sappiness/totally wearing his heart on his sleeve is very sweet.

It was one of my favorites to witness live. So much energy in that song at my show. The crowd was jumping.

I think it's clear Billie likes it a lot, so it's possible.

Troubled Times is still one of my favourites on Rev Rad. It was one of the four that originally stood out to me when I first heard the album.

I kinda want the whole Longshot thing to be over now (unless they plan on coming to the UK of course, but I'm not getting my hopes up:cry:). I mean, I love the album, I still listen to it regularly and some of those songs are amongst my favourite of Billie's work, and I've enjoyed seeing footage of the shows and seeing how much fun Billie was having with it, but I'm ready to see what comes next now, whether it be Green Day (the most likely option imo), the AI movie, or maybe even something else that we don't even know about. Of course, that doesn't mean I wouldn't want him to maybe come back to the Longshot in the future, but I just feel like it's getting stale atm and it's time to move on.

Besides Bang Bang I would say Say Goodbye stood out - it was simplistic, straight to the point.

Oh and Youngblood sucks so  bad.:)
