Hermione Posted December 21, 2016 Share Posted December 21, 2016 I like Know Your Enemy, good and punchy and I enjoy it live (with being able to shout "raw ham!" in public the highlight). Oh Love does go on a bit and it's pretty low down in my trilogy songs list, but I like that it's something different for them and agree the solo is cool. I don't think it's the best GD song, but it serves its purpose. I was not excited for Oh Love at all. It's not terrible; it actually works better in the whole scope of the album. Also, they need to hurry up and just release Cigarettes And Valentines... and maybe Dream Catcher and World Vs. World. There's literally enough unreleased material to fill a cd or two. It's meant to be simple and repetitive, like a chant. I find it much easier to get into the mood to play that song than I do with Oh Love, which is just sort of...meh. I would also certainly rather see one Foxboro show than 20 Green Day shows (however small or cool the Green Day ones were). I don't think it's crazy to like The Network a lot, I love that album.
