I love the video above! They're older and they've got kids, but they're still as goofy as ever

^ I picked up Rolling Stone and my mom was like "They have such a grungy look going on in this!" All I could think was "This man made an Instagram for his French Bulldog." Their serious/bored rockstar looks amuse me.

Wait I just realized that Tre is the only one with eye liner? and wait Mike never hopped on that bandwagon?

Yeah I've only seen Mike with eyeliner once or twice when he'd had professional make-up done, like a bit of foundation and stuff to look good on camera/at an event, and I think the eyeliner was supposed to look natural just to highlight his eyes but was overdone. It didn't really suit him, and probably just isn't his thing.

It's just chance that Billie didn't wear it for that shoot, he's been wearing it plenty.

Saw this on Facebook so then I ... I don't know where else to put it (if it should even be posted, but oh well) (30s later- might just post it on the blink thread too)

Tom, what are you doing. You can't even hint at a pop disaster part 2 , considering how things have changed.
But anyhow, I guess we can look at this as GD ~15 years ago?

Oh, I remember that tour -  Green Day played the shite out of Blink 182.  Poor Blink.

And went around openly saying they were playing the shite out of them as well lol. Best revenge for having to play first every night!

I've read that even though it was billed as "co-headlining", Blink 182 were the hot band at the time and went on second (which was awkward as they had to follow Green Day's superior show). Don't know for sure if it was that way at every show but I've definitely read that about the tour, for example here on its Wikipedia page. Also mentioned there is this quote from Tre at the time

"We set out to reclaim our throne as the most incredible live punk band from you know who", said Cool. Cool contended that "we heard they were going to quit the tour because they were getting smoked so badly […] We didn't want them to quit the tour. They're good for filling up the seats up front."

Kind of funny how fans wish for a second Pop Disaster tour when the first one only happened because Green Day were at a low point in their careers, and it ended up showing up Blink, bit of an odd thing to want to revisit for either band.

God forbid! I've got no problem with Blink but just no. Not again! :P I don't really see the appeal of it for the fans. When you love two bands, it's better to pay more and see them headline their own show anyway.

I was too young then, but would have loved to see Blink + Green Day! Oh the days when pop punk reigned. If pop disaster happened when I was a teen, that would have been my bread and butter
