may10 Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 Thats siiiiick! I wonder what the band thinks of it
Mykee Mexx Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 This is awesome. I love the Michael Jackson hanging the baby off the roof He did this in Berlin. Phil Everly tribute. Nice.
Certified Nimrod Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Btw, what's the deal with 13 burning? Is it class of 13 reference? Yes. Actually, it's a reference to the new Black Sabbath album. On the original Dookie cover, there's a picture of the woman from Black Sabbath's first album. Pretty awesome how the artist even put the new one in the same spot. Have a look:
Clean Cut Asshole Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 OMG that is so fucking awesome! They should release a 20th anniversary edition of Dookie and make that the cover! I love it!
Iva Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Anybody have an idea on where god went to? Been trying to figure this out and I can't.
Hermione Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Anybody have an idea on where god went to? Been trying to figure this out and I can't.I think it's meant to be saying god is gone, ie less people believe he exists/religions have become less important/influential in society. That or it's like he's gone, ie the world has gone to shit. Either way a nice detail.
alienlifeform Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 who's the guy playng guitar on the roof instead of angus?
Karol Oliveira Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 who's the guy playng guitar on the roof instead of angus? I think it's Billie when he was on the musical (the part where the cast would sing and play Good Riddance at the end of the show).
alienlifeform Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 I think it's Billie when he was on the musical (the part where the cast would sing and play Good Riddance at the end of the show). suspeitei desde o princípio
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Oh wow, that's so cool! It works so well! I'm all excited about this They should totally make a poster with this and the original Dookie cover on it, next to each other or something.
Tubbie Head Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 OMG It's so cool!! I love this cover so much!
