We haven't agreed on anything, other than physics humor, lately I agree. I really love it too and it is actually a very fun song to play I agree, Little Girl is very fun to play and I love the piano on it. The intro has such a cool, unusual vibe. Also, I'm glad you guys agree with me about LOTAG. It's a fun fun song and the bass on it sounds cool.

solongfromthestars
I'd love to hear Little Girl too but I doubt it'll ever happen. 21CB in full would also be amazing but that's definitely never going to happen I've heard Viva La Gloria! once so I'm being greedy but it's still my favourite song of all time and I'd really love to see it again.
Doggins
I have some random thoughts about the next album.. I've always had this theory that since Green Day have been on a major label every second album is a huge commercial success. This theory was kinda fucked over by the Trilogy because THAT was meant to be commercially successful after the not-so-successful 21CBD. But for the purpose of this theory, lets merge 21CBD with AI. Dookie - Successful Insomniac - Not so Nimrod - Successful (thanks to Good Riddance) Warning - Not so American Idiot/21CBD - Successful Triology - Not so RevRad - Successful? (It is number 1 isn't it) Next album - Not so

tresexy101
How the f**k does beer dehydrate you when it is a liquid? Billie said to drink a six pack of water for ever six pack of beer (for the beginners). I know the answer to my own question - but do you? Biologically it doesn't dehydrate you for exactly that reason, it just makes you feel more dehydrated.

A lot of people do. It's a simple google search, ya'll: "Excess alcohol consumption can cause dehydration in a variety of ways. Firstly, alcohol decreases the body's production of anti-diuretic hormone, which is used by the body to reabsorb water. With less anti-diuretic hormone available, your body loses more fluid than normal through increased urination." Billie's suggestion is good advice despite not being presented scientifically.

How do you figure that? 21 Guns was everywhere, the Grammys, the fact it coincided with the musical etc. all made it seem pretty successful to me. I'm very confused about how a #1 album is deemed unsuccessful.

How do you figure Im not saying it wasnt successful I just mean compared to each previous album, each followup album hasnt done quite as well. For instance in aus 21CBD peaked number 2 whereas AI was 1 Obviously every album is extremely successful and Warner must love this band. Popular Post Thatsername
I just watched the great video of their full performance at iHeart 2016 album release party on youtube and it already made me teary. But when they interview that girl right at the end who says that she wished it never ended and she couldn't have asked for a better show and she cries, it made me actually cry like a baby. I couldn't be more grateful right now that this band is still around. Even if I didn't have the possibility to see them this tour, only the fact that they are healthy and happy and touring and making fans cry makes me so, so happy. God, I have to pull myself together, or I will cry the whole time when I see them in January
Popular Post Wretched & Divine
I don't really get people who criticize Billie for his audience interaction, especially people who are fans and know what to expect when they buy a ticket. You're actually criticizing a guy who wants to connect with and involve the people who are the band's biggest supporters, and I honestly don't understand how that's not a dick thing to do. For me it's what makes Green Day live such a special and unique experience compared to every other artist/band I've seen. If you don't like it, you can see yourself out or not buy a ticket in the first place. It just seems super shitty to knock him for connecting with fans, since that's what it boils down to.

I look at it like covering a song. An artist can cover a song, but a good one has to make it their own. It is the same thing with an act. There are really only so many things you can do on stage. Each performer is getting their ideas from others. They just have to try and make it their own.
Dakke
The chorus of Too Dumb To Die never ceases to make me smile. It's just so ridiculously funny if you don't give the lyrics some thought.
RedundantIdiot
I see that the video for BOBD now has over 100million hits on YouTube - it has had a load of hits recently. However, as good as the AI songs are, I wish more people would watch some of the other videos such as Redundant, Waiting, Walking Contradiction, etc, etc.

My first post was more of a random thought than anything else, I admit I should think about it more, it sounded maybe too harsh. I didn't mean that I hate him for that as a person, not at all, I meant that I only don't like when he acts like that, beacuse IMHO he exaggerates it. I don't mind when a lot of performers do Hey-Oh or other things like that, but it depends on how deeply you take from others the little gestures or intonation, cuz then it's nothing but imitation in my opinion. It's not the same thing if you are trying to hard to really act like somebody else. And when I see him perform or in an interview I can't help but wish he would be as much himself rather than trying to be anyone else, if you understand me. I know, it's not easy to be yourself on stage in front of thousands people, so you're trying to hide yourself by doing anything what somebody else have done before and was cool. But still I don't see it as a real compliment when you talk like somebody else, move like somebody else, you have the same llittle gestures... I thought children do that, but now I see the adults seem not growing up from that. Hope that I made myself little bit clearer, and from my post it might sound like that I am too serious about it, just want to say I'm not. It's really only a random thought which came to my mind. The Grohl
My gf ruined Are We The Waiting for me. When I was listening to it she came up and said "Are they saying wee wee?!" So now every time I hear that song, I hear "Wee wee." She even sang and laughed about it when we saw them live in 2013. *smh*
