So, it would be absolutely mad from a promotional perspective not do anything in that year...

Sorry, which band are we talking about again?

I guess that's what Green Day do to you - today I saw a chapter in a book I need to read titled "The Revolution at Radio" and freaked out for a second when I read the words, even though I know it has nothing to do with GD

I work in a lawyers' office, and we often speak of the "bureau de jugement" which means adjudication panel. To shorten it it's usually written and spelled BJ. You now who it automatically makes me think of...

The Dollar Tree store by the hospital my dad's a patient in currently has a light problem, so at night, instead of all of the letters DOLLAR TREE being lit, the lights spell out DO TRE. I keep forgetting to get a damn picture.

Edit: @Afflejack it's Southland, if you get over there!

For the past month or so, I've had this urge to listen to 1039SOSH almost daily, even though it's not one of my faves.

Has anyone else noticed that at 0.37 and 0.43 in the BITUSA video you can see the reflection of the cameraman on Billies glasses?

Just had a woman stop in my office whose name was Norah Jones.  Of course my mind went straight to Foreverly. :)

21 Guns has reached 200 million views on YouTube, the second song from the band to do so after BOBD which did it recently

Note to self- don't pick your bracket based off of Green Day related things such as where Billie's family is from (damn Oklahoma).

The RevRad era is by far my favourite and I will never get over not getting a live dvd from it.

I've been gunning for a live DVD from the Aragon club show. They could brand it Jaded in Chicago Part 2 :P

I skipped whole RevRad-era. I don't know why I didn't have any interest to follow Green Day's activity, but I simply think that era wasn't their A+ game. Maybe i'm just alone, I can't really say how or why that era wasn't their best; it just feels like it.

Looking at footage of Letterbomb live always make me so damn emotional. Great, powerful song. I hope they never stop playing it.

That scream in the middle of Private Ale is on point.

Apart from Billie's laughter at the beginning being one of my favorite things in the world, I love this whole video and especially the end :

I love how Billie pronounces "panhandling" in Misery.

I listened to Horseshoes and Handgrenades for the first time in months today and omg I can't believe I ever forgot how fucking perfect it is. I had to go back and listen to it again two more times, it's so good!

I've heard some people say they don't like H&H... I seriously don't understand why because it's fucking awesome

I just listened to RevRad for the first time in a while and it is still an enjoyable listen. I have been a little bit critical of RevRad quite recently and it's not flawless, but it's still a great album.

Definitely not their best, but I really enjoyed RevRad, so it's good in my book.

It's in my top five 21CB songs.  Only thing I don't like about it is the extended scream part.  Sounds too manufactured.  If they had just left it as a regular scream, it'd be perfect.
