Saying this here so I'm not going off topic elsewhere, I keep seeing people saying the 99 Revs tour was bad but I honestly don't think there was anything wrong with the majority of shows I went to. Yeah, looking back the pre-rehab stuff was off and they were definitely nervous in Chicago because it was the first arena show, but at all the others I went to I thought they were at their best. Two of the best GD shows I've ever seen (Pittsburgh and Emirates) were on that tour.

I got accused of blindly loving everything they do last time I said this but that is definitely not the case :P When you've been travelling and lining up for a lot of shows it's easy to get ratty and critical but I really didn't.

Yeah, Emirates was great.

Bang Bang has been stuck in my head all morning, and at every possible moment, I've been singing it. Thank the heavens the album is coming out soon.

Hoping my album will have arrived by the time I get home tonight, was shipped on Tuesday. Quite excited. Haven't gone for the leak at all and have waited it out.

I feel like I just realized for the first time recently just how well-loved these guys are. Which sounds silly–obviously they're an extremely popular band with a huge fanbase. But I've lately been noticing and appreciating how supportive industry folks are who seem genuinely happy to have them back when interviewing them or reviewing the album. It's touching to see how many people have been rooting for them to succeed. In my generation (or at least the people I went to school with), Green Day stopped being cool after 2007 or so. From that POV, it's hard to gauge how much people like them. But I'm finding that they're really respected and liked, and that just makes me very happy.

It's definitely nice to see someone to appreciate something what you like. Actually I'm 22 in two months so I have the same experience. Man, I feel so old now :D I was 9 or something when AI came out, and basically every second classmate knew the album. That was super cool. But then everyone except for me stopped listening to them which is cool too I don't mind it at all, it has a different atmosphere when you're listening to something nobody knows anymore :D

I really like these new posters for the US shows. It feels really fresh and original. It fits well with the lyrics videos of Bang Bang and Revolution Radio which is cool I think.

I live in an area where i can't buy the album and it wouldn't change the sales even if i could. I'm not able to do internet-shopping either. But in some way , i want to support them. Not only because i love them so much but this album made me so happy and i like it so i wanna pay back.

may be i'll listen to it on spotify and it will make them some money. i don't know how it works.... i just hope this album will do good on sales. It deserves this.

Watching reading 2013 and thinking how much Jason White looks like Gary Moore, paticularly with a Les Paul in hand

Bet they never imagined 20+ years down the line, celebrating the release of their 12th studio album.

How are you guys celebrating the release of RevRad?

I'm listening to their entire discography on shuffle and it's making me so nostalgic. Minority reminds me of going fishing with my sister and her-then boyfriend, and them singing it loudly out of tune. He was actually the one who got me into them. :) He was a seriously cool dude, and I'd actually known him sometime before they started dating. Gonna have to thank him someday. :P

So in the same interview Billie say yes, they will come to México, but, it seems that they will come to some stupid festival and in a city sooooo far away from me, and now I'm sad and worry and that kinda kill a little of my excitement for RevRad :(

Never mentioned this story before, but three years ago when my Niece, Alice was born, me and my Mom went over to my sister's house. Well they had to go back in to look at some stuff, so they left me in the car with the baby and I had no clue what to do, so I just started singing the first thing that came to mind, since in my experience, singing made babies calm? I sang her drama queen, and was relieved she didn't flip out. Since that day, it kinda became her lullaby from me, everytime I'd see her, even the last time I saw her, I sang it to her. :)

Does someone know where Billie buys his clothes ? I love them and it not in France that I will find these

Don't ask. This clearly came from the same dark realm as my cello masterpiece.

Seriously ? I don't see man clothing

She's implying he wears kid sized clothes because of his stature, or lack thereof.

This always confuses me when you say it and the post isn't actually the first post on the page.  Cuz that's what page own references.  Not best post on the page.  :)

I didn't know that.  Sorry I was actually just trying to compliment her
