:lol: It's from this magnificent clip. Mike is like "u done yet?" lol.

I've said it before but I love watching him lose himself like that. The only thing this guy's high on is passion and Idiot love  :bunny:

I remember this video. It's maybe one of the most epic version of American Idiot live. LoL at Mike doing the "are you done yet?" face. XD Billie Joe going nuts and hitting the microphone with his face! (He does have a tendancy to drop/hit microphones on stage once in a while.) I really wish Billie goes nuts again in Toronto. I can't wait for the concert! It will be the best way to end my 2 vacations weeks.

This tour has been going for a while but it's a more relaxed tour than they would have done in their youth. They only do a few shows a week so there is time to relax and see the sights. And when they do have shows two or three days in a row it's because the locations are close: they were in Dallas and then Houston the next night. Coming up in September Austin then San Antonio the next night.

They've been doing for a very long time and have learned how to not burnout on the road the way they did during earlier tours.

Also, while watching the fan shot videos, I am so glad that I cannot be heard singing in the videos my brother took. Well shouting and screaming fits more than singing but still...

yesh..I agree. The boys seem little more relaxed and enjoying themself (especially Billie) more..then past tour..that I saw. Maybe because they are older and wiser...and little nutter but it is O.K.

being on tour for long time meant to be like 'that" nut. And remember guys said interview..that different between their tour in past it is because they're celebrating not partying with their fan,it is big different!

Oh yeah, because extensive touring ended SO well in 2010.

They might have learned a thing or two from that, though? Like (I hate even bringing it up sry sry) staying healthy on the side.

I trust they know what they're doing anyway. Judging from numerous  statements they're in a very good place mentally and that's surely a considerable factor (edit: I mean when it comes to how you handle physical strain)

Either way he can play the guitar until it hurts like hell so it's all good

Oh my God this is adorable! Sorry for repeating myself here, but WE NEED A LIVE DVD OF THIS TOUR! I'm gonna start a fucking riot if we don't get any of the great moments of the past few months in pro-shot HD quality. :runaround:

OMG, I've just got back from a ten day holiday with no internet and I've missed so much.:runaround:

You were talking about chubby Billie (my absolute favourite Billie:ga:) without me:cry::fuckyou:. Lol, jk.

That pic of Billie on the bike taking the inflatable flamingo to Jakob is perfection. The arms:wub:and legs:wub:and his tan. Super Dad at his finest.

And I just watched all of his Instagram live streams last night an I still can't stop laughing at them. His facial expressions are adorable and hilarious. I was laughing so hard at "Where's the button that makes you go away?", "I'm trying to figure out the internet" and "You know... all the kids are doing it now." Oh, Billie, you adorable *old* man. As much as I love his singing in the first one, the fact that he's wearing a monkey mask in the Otis one and his cute little smiles and laugh in the one where he's talking about Bang Bang being nominated for a VMA, I have to say that the one with Adie and Jakob is my favourite. When he tells Jakob to do a little dance, and when Joey comments on the video, and when Billie's like "Oh shit... I'm a dork." The whole thing is just hilarious. I also love the way he smiles when he says "That's Jakob." You can just see how proud he is and how much he loves his sons and it's so beautiful. Right, I'm gonna stop fangirling over every tiny detail of Billie's IG live streams because I'm becoming obsessed.:ermm:

Oh, and that pic of shirtless Mike. :wub::wub::wub:

Okay, I beyond love this clip.  I think that was one of the best performances of American Idiot I've ever seen.  And in the GIF, he reminds me of a dog getting out of a lake and shaking himself off.

Haha that's a lovely image. I'd give him a belly rub :whistle

Welcome back to our collective spiritual home! I gathered from my notifications you were catching up :P

I loved his face too when he said that's Jakob, all glowy.  And chill, there's plenty of chubby/poofy Billie to go around lol (pun extremely intended)

I also missed a lot in the past few days, but Billie's instagram live streams are gold, I'm so glad someone saved them

Now, what he could do is tell Mike to follow his example :whistle

He's a good talker though. His videos would be great.

Looking back through the past couple of months of posts in this thread, it seems clear that there aren't enough posts about Mike (although there can never be enough of Billie ;)). So here's a few of my favourite posts of Mike from the tour:

You mean you don't remember the coke fueled rage rant insinuating that our favorite singer couldn't wait for Steve Jobs to die? (and fuck Obama too while we're at it)

Honey, you shouldn't assume someone is doing coke, it's a little impolite.

Buddy, for all you know I'm no stranger. And everyone knows they never know when to quit until it's too late. (But that's actually one aspect of them I sometimes admire)

I was referencing his own statements on the event. It was in a magazine post-rehab. I don't have time to research which.

Let's hope so. It would be heartbreaking if anything bad were to happen.

Kinda like how Billie knew when he needed to stop mixing prescription drugs with alcohol? From what I remember his managers had to step in and pull the plug.

Obviously. He did say in the Rolling Stone interview that "a lot of this stuff dates back to [2009's] 21st Century Breakdown, [...] there were meltdowns on that tour that were huge" (just read it recently) and mentions the Steve Jobs thing. But the one significant difference is that there's no coke (or whatever) involved this time around. They've been through it before, let's just trust them.
