True  I love Billie's downtime look, but his revrad tour outfits have really been on point recently, I think I like them the most out of all the ones he ever wore.

I agree. The revrad outfits are the best he's ever had.

Haha! No one is judging here but have to admit I'm confused. Why the last 30 seconds?

I don't think """summer""" exists to Billie tbh.

I may be in the minority here (the only way I know) but I miss the days when they didn't have a stage wardrobe and just wore street clothes. The shows seemed more relaxed and spontaneous even if they weren't. You see photos from the tours since AI and every show looks the same, and because they had more elaborate lighting and pyro, the setlists couldn't vary as much, it all had to be planned out and choreographed.

As excited as I am to see them next month, I would trade my ticket in a minute for a chance to see a secret club show like the ones they did to test drive the trilogy.

Hadn't even seen that thread haha, coincidence!
And why not the last 30 seconds? Less chance of getting thrown out for one thing I suppose. ;)
I also may have had an ex girlfriend encouraging it.

Yes please.  The trilogy was probably my favorite look for Billie because of the t-shirts. We desperately need them back.  It's been humid and around 90 degrees with a real feel near 100 in Chicago this week.  We don't want him to pass out at Wrigley due to long sleeves.

Then again, he wore long sleeves at Lollapalooza in 2010, so I'm probably not going to get my wish.

Just had an awful thought, just imagine, there you are, a Green Day fan and BIG fangirl, walking along the street, and there, right in front of you is Billie Joe.  He says high and you want to take a photo with him, but instead of looking like he does in this one, (completely gorgeous) he's in full downtime hobo order - how bad would it be to want to take him to a barbers for a shave and haircut 😂

Just in case folk think I'm serious, I love him however he looks, but wouldn't it be funny/agony!

I'd like to see short sleeved shirts during the next leg of the tour- a bit like what he had during the 99 Revolutions tour. Stripy shirts really suit him. Or alternatively, he could wear that white shirt that he wore during the gigs in Canada earlier this year which looked good on him, too. I'm getting bored of seeing pictures of him in waistcoats.

Yeah, I really thought he would wear some short shirts during the fesival shows, especially since it was a really warm summer night in Hyde Park for example. So let's hope we'll see some arms soon

This! I seem to be the only one that doesn't like the waistcoats and prefers a more casual look. Bring back the t-shirts!

It wouldn't be THAT awful for me, I'm the uncrowned Biggest Hobo Billie Fan :P

But yeah, it would be funny. I can imagine the reactions when I'd show the pictures to people.  He didn't really look like himself in the most intense hobo phase.

I wish my connection wass faster now. I saved a couple pictures from the Canada show and this would be a good opportunity to post them :P He looked fabulous that night. But I agree about this stripy shirts too, he looked awesome in them. I loved the black and white one that eventualy fell apart (or rot away). I looked really cool with the jacket from Kill The DJ video too.

Are you sure, Sherlock? I thought it was from one of the secret shows in 2011 where they played the trilogy songs. Billie seems to have his hair shorter at the sides and is wearing a different shirt. At least I remember he had an "Oakland" tshirt at No So Silent Night.

Yes, the t-shirts were a blessing. I do like the shirts he wears, but short sleeves are short sleeves, there's no way around that.

You don't have to worry, he's immune to heat. :P

Billie dressed like my 5 year old nephew during the trilogy . Short sleeves were a plus but his look now is way better.

"What's with the bangs??? Mike looks like a stripper now" :P:D (+1 thooo)

I am with all you ladies on the desire for some skin/tats but did you see him soaking in 30+ degrees in Italy? This is not a man who sacrifices appearances for comfort  (on stage I might add)
