I doubt they would read this or at least the band themselves. Firstly, we aren't that important and secondly, it would be such a cringe to read something like that about yourself, I mean not most of the thread but some of it certainly. I know I'd feel damn weird if there was a forum with a thread called "Jane fangirls confessions" with people discussing my pee stories. (I don't tell pee stories, but still... )

But if you did you might be okay with it 😁 But yeah, reading this stuff would just be weird. 

Oh remember that hilarious bit in HLAHG where he's quoting the things people say online about them and making fun of it? "Little pricks, they get inside your head like gremlins!" 😂 So I think he's learned his lesson.

Yeah, can't get away with that shit at 45 unfortunately.  His 30's was just a sexy time and he knew it. He went from little kid cute in his twenties to smoking hot practically overnight when he hit 30. I know it was a bit intentional and went with the whole stadium phase but still. From Warning to AI around 2001 he dropped a ton of weight. Anyone ever read anything about that? 

I disagree that he couldn't get away with it, age ain't nothing but a number and he's still standing naked in hotel windows and posting it on Instagram after all . I think he's just in a different place at the moment and all about being passionate and joyful and spreading the love at shows so other stuff takes a back seat.

He's talked about his chubbier "fat Elvis phase" where he was drinking a lot of beer and was "in a fucking leopard g-string" and "everyone's drunk uncle" and said he got tired of it so I guess that means he cut back and started being more healthy.

^ I was thinking this, too. He hasn't done a video with the puppet since the 11th of June when he did those videos with Mikes daughter. Perhaps he got bored of making videos with the puppet, or perhaps he couldn't find someone (usually Jeff) to torment with the puppet. However, I loved the videos with the puppet and I want him to bring it back

I'm sure it will be back. I love the puppet posts too but for a while it seemed like he was hiding behind it and we never saw his face. Nice to see him again now he can go back to it if he wants. The best is when all three of them post together. We need a puppet Green Day concert. 🙂

I just started following their instagram - agree on anime but they are super cute and so on point

I miss the puppet too (#makebillieinstagramgretaagain), it feels like he gets bouts of inspiration, then forgets all about it and there's nothing for ages. A bit like GD's social media/marketing team as a whole   I think somebody requested to Jeff that they should have the puppets on his show and he sort of gave a thumbs up to the idea, but that'll probably take like two years to get made.

Did you see the one on Oakland Coffe's account - by far the funniest one imo but it didn't seem to get a lot of views over there

Has anybody else on here seen the video of Billie making his puppet sing Basket Case? If I remember correctly, I think they're on a red carpet or something, and Billie makes the puppet sing the first two lines of Basket Case in a nasally voice.
