So now that they are back in the States, think Billie will keep on with the Canada look or go back to previous look?

Oooorrrrr... whole new look? Hell I don't even know what I want anymore. The suspense!

Lol I should find the gif of Billie and Mike spitting in the air and catching it in their own and each other's mouths. Used to be their go-to party trick on stage!

Oh god, there are way too many GD fan accounts on there, they're always reposting fan pictures! (so sorry if I just freaked you out!)

Oh okay... it's just a little weird to find out that people are reposting your pictures with your face on it... I know these accounts do it all the time but fuck... it's WEIRD

Also, just to add - Billie's got a Leica Q in that picture from yesterday. It is the camera of my dreams, costs over $4200, and only people truly invested in photography gravitate toward the brand. I'm totally fangirling about him taking pictures, never knew he was that interested!

The pictures he took that were recently posted on Instagram were all really good in my opinion, so I'd say it's not much of a surprise he's into photography!

It is weird. I made a decision to never post pictures of me publicly in case I meet someone famous :/ I understand why you feel uncomfortable about it, I would too.

They've been great, I'm just surprised to see him with the most prestigious camera out there hung around his neck!

Completely weird. And then they don't even credit the people they stole the photos from. Ick.

Yeah, I was thinking that as soon as I found out others are my pictures. I mean it's not like I have anything to hide, I posted them here and on tumblr, but I did it, you know? I had control over it... And I'm already bitter about it when people are posting my gif sets on instagram without asking or crediting.

Yeah, exactly, it's only the right thing to do. I mean, they know exactly where they got the pictures from, so it can't really be that hard to ask for permission or at least @ me you know... oh well...

He can afford to indulge, after all.  I'd love to see more of his pictures, they were beautiful.

Yeah, the most disturbing part is that they repost your pictures withought giving credit/letting you know. The whole concept of some total stranger taking and sharing something that's yours is wrong.

That really bugs me, too. I think reposting images is okay on Insta, but it's really not a big deal to add a credit.

@Billie Hoe Love your story! I've seen your photos on Insta, too, but I wasn't a GDC member back then. Pity, cause I'd have loved to say hi in Cologne :-)

So I've been thinking about Piss-gate and have decided that this was before one of the encores and Billie really had to go but he didn't have time to get to one of the restrooms so he was forced to use the trashcan.

At least that's what I am telling myself happened even though he probably just wanted to piss in a trashcan

I found that there are many emotions that we go through to see the boys live:

1: The tickets are on sale- praying I will get one

2: Got a ticket! OMG, I'm actually seeing them

3: Months of waiting and counting down every single day- the clock is laughing in my face (haha)

4: Pre-gig nervousness/excitement from about a fortnight before the gig until getting into the arena

5: They come on stage and you're in disbelief that its actually them, scream ''oh my God''

6: The gig flies over so quick

7: Post-gig depression immediately after the gig (mine lasted a month)

This is the best description/review I have ever read and it is exactly how I, and probably just about everyone else, felt after a show. You were just able to express it better

Add the following somewhere before 2 and 5 and you're me for 5 damn months:

Something's going to go wrong I just know it

This show is sooo going to be cancelled for some reason

I'm not going to do "insert thing here" because what if I get sick/injured and can't go

I'd add in-

3.5- Ugh, I'm not seeing them for over four months and there's a show 135 miles away in the meantime... Should I get a ticket for that one too?

Yes!  Especially if you're flying out to see them and worried what you'll do about booked flights/hotels if they cancel/postpone.

I agree with the above posts

I mainly worried about my gig being cancelled or there being snow which would disrupt the train lines. Making it into the gig was wonderful as it was nice to know that I would no longer have anything to irrationally worry about

Thankfully, everything single thing that happened on the 5th of February helped to make my 1st GD gig such a wonderful experience. The weather was cold but thankfully dry. The train took only 85 minutes to get to Leeds and just 10 minutes later we were walking into our hotel. We then had a 'dummy run' of finding the arena during which a guy directed us to the back of the arena rather than the front- but it was exciting to see all of the stage trucks and tour buses as it meant GD were there! We then had a nice meal at a restaurant before making our way to the arena! I guess the whole day couldn't have gone any better.

Then finally, just after 8PM GD came on!!!!! I saw Tre first then Billie. I screamed 'oh my God'.

Then Billie screamed 'Ennnngggggggglllllaaaaaannnnnndddddd' and I was still in disbelief that I was finally seeing them!!!

I danced, I sang and I clapped my hands until they hurt. Unfortunately, I had a mannequin sitting next to me- but this only made me shout/clap/cheer louder. Fuck them.

My biggest 'complaint' about my gig was that the two and a half hour went by too quickly- but I guess this means I had such a good time!!!

Sorry for talking about my gig for the 100th time (and writing such a long post). But I enjoyed myself so much! My 1st GD was everything that I hoped for... and more. Take me back!

I know the feeling. In 2013, when they postponed my show (for a good reason!), I had another show the same day as the postponed date. When I bought tickets for the two shows, I would never think about that! Anyways, I sold the tickets for the other show and went to see Green Day. I couldn't miss it!
