Billie looks so happy in all the pictures I've seen of him and fans, more than ever, that makes me so happy

Hey everyone, so glad I've found this thread! Seen the guys in Amsterdam on Tues and I'm fangirling something shocking

Take it I can share some of my pics with you all on here or do they need to go in another thread?

That's what I was thinking at the end of the gig on Tuesday! He was smiling the whole way through and looked so happy to be there  there was so much interaction with the crowd and I was inches from his hand when he was high fiving everyone (I probably would've died with happiness if I'd actually managed to touch him!)

Mike was grinning away too. We went mental when they played JOS and he nodded his head at us before he burst out laughing. Dammit, I'm meant to be working and I'm daydreaming again

Welcome! You could post the pics in the thread for that show in the Green Day on the Road section (I'm sure others who went to it would like to see them), but yeah if there's any particularly fangirl-worthy ones feel free to post them here for us!

I'm so excited about seeing them next Wednesday in London, beginning to scare myself that they can't possibly live up to my memories of how good they were last time I saw them!

I haven't seen a show that wasn't amazing yet and everyone's been raving about the latest ones so I'm not worried there. When did you last see them? I'll be there too and also very excited!

if you see an older women (short, and going grey) jumping and screaming who looks like she should be at home with her knitting and who has a long suffering husband with her, that'll be me lol.

I'll be the "old lady" at my 2 shows. No grey hair but I look older and I know I'll stand out because of that. It's ok though. I'll go and have fun and not worry about what other people think.

As a former dark redhead, covering it up is a little dodgy but may blonde it slightly - you got me!  Would hate to bump into the boys wandering around Greenwich and not be prepared lol.  Any hairdressers with tips?

Blonde Billie as inspiration, that's what I did. Cut and colour!

That's a question I should have asked myself in September :P

It's not.

You won't stand out. There were quite a few people at my show that must have been at least as old as my mom or older. Some of them were with families, others on their own/with friends.

Blonde Billie mix of blonde and grey is beautiful imo. That's what I'll do one day when the time comes...even though I'll probably look ridiculous in blonde. My skin and eyebrows are a tad too dark! :P

Billie's brows are pretty dark and look how well it works on him!  Everyone should go blonde once -- you can always re-dye it.

I might find the courage when I'm older. I'm hesitant to do anything with my hair, things like getting a radical haircut or dyeing it, because it grows super slow and it's thin and dry. Once I got the ends bleached and they got very frayed very fast.

But I agree blonde is nice so

That's one good thing about getting older, you find the courage to do stuff you would never have done  when you were younger. I had long hair my whole life and went shorter in my 40's and super short 3 years ago. I love it and get tons of complements.   And just to stay on topic, I really was inspired by Billie's hair -- I pulled a picture up on my phone and told my hairdresser to  " give me that.":ga:
