State of Shock was only recorded as a demo, and yes I know you have an American Idiot bonus track, but it is supposedly a Cigarettes and Valentines song. Yeah, not getting the show. There isn't a song I hate, but none that I love either. I think I am finally going to put together mine. Stay tuned, then we can compare.

This would just be an ideal set list for me (my personal favorite songs) just to get in the pit and have that serious energy if that makes sense. (not implying that a regular set list wouldn't do that). I know the songs i listed are a bit older but "post Iraq War" GD doesn't deliver for me like the older tracks..(American Idiot is great but i get different vibes).... really wish Cigs and Valentines would have happened and still got American idiot.. not saying the newer stuff is bad .. just more into the B-sides from that point on. just my opinion def not fact. That's cool. I like something from every era. The only one I can't really get into is the Lookout era. I like Kerplunk, but I just can't get into 39 Smooth. Well, I think you sort of got C&V, just in bits and pieces.

I'm kind of the same way about the lookout days .I loooove Kerplunk and enjoyed the EP attached to the remastered version. Going to Pasalacqua and Only of You are the only songs i can get into from the debut tho. I tried really hard to like 21st CB and the trilogy, just can't get into it really. I think some of the songs from Cigs and valentines were released through out the last 10 years or so on different albums with a facelift to fit the respective album. I do enjoy some of the "barebones" versions on demolicious, makes for good driving music on a sunny day if that makes sense lolol ... and Billy i don't love or hate it. It def doesn't suck but just not really my forte know what i'm sayin Edited May 25, 2015 by Minority420

Chin for a Day
I like 1039 WAY more than Kerplunk. Kerplunk is my least favorite album by Green Day. Just saying. Really, why? I find kerplunk way above 39 smooth, lyrically, musically and content wise. to me 39 Smooth sounds like it was written by a 15 year old in his mother's ing room. Oh wait, it was.
