That Dude
Okay, I did the research on Green Day's singles, and organized them by their chart position, from least successful to the most successful. This would be an amazing, career spanning concert that would be a real crowd pleaser for certain! Also, a lot of these singles don't get a lot of play, and would be nice to see live for hardcore fans as well. So ladies and gentlemen, I give to you...........The biggest, most successful setlist our beloved band could possibly perform: GREEN DAY: SELLS OUT!!!!!!!!!!! 1. Poprocks and Coke 2. Macy’s Day parade 3. Stray Heart 4. I Fought the Law 5. Kill the DJ (110) 6. 21st century breakdown (71) 7. When It’s Time (68) 8. X-Kid (35) 9. Nice guys finish last (31) 10. Drain Bramaged
By the furthest stretch of the imagination, I want them to perform the entire tracklist of 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours at the Gilman and release a really crappy bootleg of it on Lookout Records. I do understand that this will never happen.
Caractériel
In an ideal world, they would do a two week residency in London where they play each album in full over the course of the two weeks. They could do the 11 studio releases over 11 days, with rarities as the encore, then the last 3 days can be a mash up of requests from the audience, covers and anything else they feel like playing. Of course this will never happen, but other bands have done similar things in the past.
