Todd
On top of the American Idiot (album) and Oh Love videos, I really, really dislike the way he handled Bullet In A Bible. Cutting songs from the set, using shitty filters, etc. That, in my opinion, is not how you capture a concert. The documentary pieces are awesome, but the presentation of the concert itself, I think, could be way better. I forgot about BiaB. Yeah, it kinda blows. Like, we want to watch a Green Day concert to know the feel of a real one. We don't want everything edited, all the slow parts cut out snd extra crowd noises thrown in, y'know? What was cut? Homecoming and Letterbomb?homecoming, she, knowledge, jaded
TheOneIWant
Opinion #1 I don't really like 1039 in full. There's good songs but as a whole it's sorta meh. I prefer stuff from the trilogy. Opinion #2 The trilogy is awesome. So many good songs and a few bad ones. Don't get the hate. Me either. I think that the trilogy is fantastic. My only complaint is that Stray Heart isn't on either of the vinyl versions of Dos. I will disagree with you on 39/Smooth though. I love their early stuff. Insomniac1984
i don't mind them keeping kfad on the setlist just because it's such a great opportunity for crowd interaction but i also wouldn't mind if they got rid of it because there's so many other songs i want them to play. idk i'm just so torn billie's hey-oh's are obviously really excessive at this point but he eats that shit up so i don't think he's gonna stop anytime soon. What about playing KNOWLEDGE again or another cool/funny cover??? On-Topic: There are good songs on the regular setlist nowadays like Paper Lanterns, Burnout, Longview, 2000 light years away, Going to Pasalacqua, American Idiot, etc, etc. However, WHY not playing other cool old songs regularly??? For instance: * Maria * Redundant * Walking Contradiction * Macy's Day Parade * Only of you * Christie Road (Yeah, they played it recently, but it's very occasional) * Road to acceptance * Blood, sex and booze * The grouch * Scattered (It was a cool add to the setlists las year!!!) * Prosthetic Head * 86 * F.O.D. * One of my lies * Warning * Waiting * Nice guys finish last * Last night on earth And why not, playing some songs NEVER played live? * Ha ha you're dead or anything from shenanigans * Poprocks and coke * Worry Rock * When it's time (The full band version, I mean) * Favorite son

Cutting songs from the set, using shitty filters, etc. That, in my opinion, is not how you capture a concert. The documentary pieces are awesome, but the presentation of the concert itself, I think, could be way better. I think American Idiot itself is actually a pretty great video. BOBD is nostalgic for me so I don't particularly dislike it. Like, he gets SOME things SORT OF right when it comes to this band, but he tends to fail more times than not, and sometimes he fails within the good videos he's made. I haven't watched Bullet in a Bible in a while, but I remember not hating the filters. But, at the same time, dude resorted to using filters...haha. And yeah, the cutting out of songs and fan interaction on stage was a little bit weird. I understand the reasoning, like, not wanting to get sued for using someone's image in a DVD that was going to be sold, but I think Jaded or something was taken out, which was a weird decision. He directed the Holiday video right? Because that's my favorite video the band's ever done. Yeah, he did. That one's okay, but the weird bunny dancers at the end? Does Sam Bayer had a tiny bit of an obsession with putting sexualized females in his videos?

Cob
The Insomniac, Dookie, and Nimrod videos will always be my favorites. Especially Walking Contradiction, when I discovered that video I watched it almost nonstop. What was cut? Homecoming and Letterbomb? She, Homecoming, Maria, Knowledge, Jaded, I think there are 2 others maybe. The list used to be on the Wikipedia page for the DVD but it's since been deleted. The source checked out too. Clean Cut Asshole
You can hear ALL of it? Even the totally mumbled choruses (which aren't printed in the lyric book)? I swear around the end of the song it sounds like he's saying "I ate a dick and I'm all wound up!"
Unholy Sister of Grace
I used to really dislike She until I paid more attention to the bassline. It's probably the most prominent part of the song, at least in the beginning, and I always disregarded it. Now I can't get enough of it.
Insomniac45
Green Day should really add Jinx/Haushinka to their setlist. Preferably right after one of the Uno songs to compliment the pop-punk vibe.

musso_kn
People hate the intro to extraordinary girl? Wow Yep. Lots of people complain that it's weird and doesn't fit in with the rest of American Idiot. Which is partially true, but I still love it.

I think it is a good lead in to the track maybe its 10-15 secs to long but I wouldn't change it

iScottie
Am I the only one who feels that when ever Billie Joe asks the crowd to request a song, he just comes up with a song on his own? I'm sure somebody right in front of him is screaming to play something like "Having A Blast" or "Green Day", and he's like "ohhhh Christie Road?!"
