JIGD13
Yeah, so was Coming Clean. So what? Coming Clean is my favorite song on Dookie, first I said that I love King for a Day but I think it looks gay, Coming Clean is also about bisexuality but when the song it's played it's not as gay (funny) as Coming Clean ( there's nothing bad with homosexuality, bisexuality)
Little Wild One
My favorites are probably Viva La Gloria or Brain Stew I have insomnia regularly, so I tend to listen to music for a while after attempting to fall asleep. So it's nice to listen to a song that says what you are going through. With Viva La Gloria, I simply like it because it's really catchy, I seem to find myself singing it anywhere-Same with Nightlife. RiseDay
I think :-Awesome as Fuck is better than Bullet in A Bible -I love the lyrics from the Trilogy -EVERY song is live better -21st Century Breakdown is a very good album -Warning is their worst -Dookie isn't "that" good -I actually think they fuck the recording0 since American Idiot up (But that doesn't matter, they're fucking gods then they play live)
Guest RedStrokes
For me, Platypus (I Hate You) has the worst lyrics ever written by BJA. So immature. Haha you're forgetting like a rat does cheese my friend

Tubbie Head
Seeing Billie Joe on the Voice was honestly the closest I ever came to burning all my Green Day CDs and merchandise. I'm not being butthurt, or calling it a 'sellout' or 'unpunk' move. It's just I've always despised those kind of talent shows and the way individuals like Simon Cowell only look for people they can make money out of. To see my musical hero get involved in that...felt massively disappointing. But The Voice is different, I for one love it. And was so happy to see him there! Guest
What rap song? "Suck my dick until your lips fall off" was a line from "Fuck 'Em" by the Geto Boys. "Nibble on my dick like a rat does cheese" is a line from "We Want Some Pussy" by 2 Live Crew. There's a couple of others in there too, I think. insomniax
I hated nightlife when I first heard it but now it's actually one of my favourites of DOS, but just not on it's own, it needs a video. I've used it as an intro and "inbetween" song to some of my video projects (AI fanfiction)... it works amazingly well. I don't know if this qualifies as an unpopular opinon, but I think my real point is that I want a video for nightlife. They should do it. It's awesome. iltrenta
I enjoy the music video of Oh Love. I think it's cool. Now that's an actual unpopular opinion! I'm one of those that still don't like it, I wouldn't say I'm disappointed because who cares, it's just a music video, but the majority of its scenes are unnecessary. Angela.
Alright, here we go. 1.) Uno is shit. Set aside about four or five songs and the rest is garbage. 2.) Dos isn't that memorable, but it's not bad. 3.) Tré wasn't too shabby, at best. (Infinite love for Drama Queen, though.) 4.) Green Day Angry Birds was almost as pointless as Star Wars Angry Birds. (Doesn't really fit with this topic, but oh well.) 5.) Some of the things that Billie has said in the past have been nothing short of facepalm worthy. The Steve Jobs rant, for example, is among the worst that I can think of. 6.) I find the use of swearing in the trilogy to be excessive and a step backwards in songwriting. 7.) 21stCB is a fantastic album. Definitely in my top 3. The lyrics are mature and the sound is great. 8.) The newer music videos are kind of bad. Especially 'Oh Love'. Sam, da fuk were you thinking? 9.) The intro for Extraordinary Girl is wonderful, in my opinion. It was the intro for this song that made me interested in them though, so that might have something to do with it. If I can think of any more, I'll write them. This seems like enough for now.

The Disappearing Boy
I like Sam Bayer's American Idiot and Bullet in a Bible work. - Jason will never be accepted as an equal member in my book. I'm fine with him being the fourth, something in-between sort-of guy, but the three of them have been together for so long. It doesn't matter what they say or do, Green Day will always be regarded as a three-piece. You do realise that he's been in the band for more than half their existence, right? Miggae
I think that all the albums are good in their own ways. I like that they have tried diffrent styles, and I like some of the odd songs they have done, like "misery", "nightlife" and "last ride in". I like the pure very old punk stuff as much as the"american idiot" rock sound and the new pop sound. It shows that they are very talented, I'm very excited to hear the new songs from the trilogy live, because Green Day is one of the best live band on the planet right now. Just the energy that these guys have when they preform live makes the songs even more better, Sorry if there are some misstakes in the text. English is not my best language. spark in the night
I like the work Sam Bayer did. He artistically "got" the concepts and made them beautiful. But he's still a dick

Cob
Okay here's one: The January-February US tour dates that Green Day cancelled were the venues they had trouble selling out. Still don't get what they cancelled Las Vegas though, I live in Wisconsin but I always assumed Las Vegas was a pretty big city. Most of those dates were completely sold out.
