DannyDirnt
I'm not dissappointed that they smoke. Maybe about them smoking tobacco, but only because that shortens live and gives you bad breath. I will never smoke, but for me they can do whatever they please.
Cob
i hate the fact that any of them smoke. it instantly makes me less attracted to them. it's so disappointing. I don't really care for their habits as long as they're not really doing really hard drugs. It bugs me whenever I see my musical idols smoking cigarettes though. Honestly, it surprises me that people still smoke despite all that's known about the effects of cigarettes and the exploits of the tobacco industry. stories and songs
i hate the fact that any of them smoke. it instantly makes me less attracted to them. it's so disappointing. It doesn't disappoint me per se, but I do find it to be an ugly habit and a rather stupid habit as well. I agree that I can't believe people still smoke knowing how bad it is for your body. Definitely not attractive. But, I also realize that they started smoking when they were really young and it can be hard to quit, so whatever. I wish they would quit, but I wish everyone would quit smoking because I just don't see the point of it.
Cob
Urgh, I saw that. I wanted to hear Billie explain East Jesus Nowhere thoughtfully, not flat out say "religion is a bunch of bullshit" just to please quasi-liberal-islamaphobe-maher. It was a little disappointing. I couldn't have said it better myself. Maher's a shit and he should have let Billie at least try to further articulate himself.
The Forgotten
I absolutely love all the songs off of Warning, but I strangely do not have the patience to listen to the album all-together from start to finish.

That Punk Kid.
I don't like Whatsername. (the song) I don't know, its just too nostalgic to me. I also think that it is kind of a weak track because of its placement, being after the masterpiece that is Homecoming.

Whatsername is approximately 904u9q6qu059599502u242 (the letters are algebra, deal with it) times better than Homecoming.
Shredder2
"Are We the Waiting", to me, is among the most underrated songs from American Idiot.
Cob
Whatshername is the perfect epilogue to the story of American Idiot and an even better song. I wouldn't say it's better than Homecoming, that's a really boneheaded comparison, but it's still a great song. "Are We the Waiting", to me, is among the most underrated songs from American Idiot. Are We the Waiting is good but, in my opinion, it only works as an intro to St. Jimmy. I can't listen to it on it's own, which is something I can do with the rest of the songs on that album, even the others that transition into each other. TheOneIWant
Is it just me or i find Little Boy Named Train one of the worst on the trilogy? Down point of the awesome Tre.... That is actually one of my favorite trilogy songs.
musso_kn
whatsername is the perfect ending for a perfect album Whatsername is good, but I think it would have been pretty epic if the album ended on Homecoming. You know, with the sound of the big bass drum and Mike singing 'Nobody Likes You...' in that stupid voice.

DannyDirnt
I am your delete option This was funny to me idk But yeah, a delete button would be great for when you decide you shouldn't have said something and you have nothing else to say so you wanna delete it and you have to write a dot, 'edit', 'ignore this post' or 'deleted'. Yeah it's been suggested before but I think it's going to be kept as it is. Anyway I don't mean to take the thread off topic, just saying if you want a post deleted you can just edit it to say "never mind" or "ignore this post" or "." or whatever and it only takes a mod a couple of seconds to delete it when they see it. casey1251
I would like to see the band write a song around a Jason White riff/song. I love Hungover & I'm A Mess.

Part of me wants them to rerecord "Cabot Gal" as a Green Day song. That would be amazing.

GaxnorianLiberator
If it weren't for songs like Waiting, Minority, MDP, Warning I wouldn't have thought to listen to more Green Day. AI was alright but I couldn't relate till like really late 2009 to really early 2010. In fact July 22, 2009 was when I got my first GD album 21st CB.
