Cob
I love Troublemaker too, my favourite off Uno, with Kill The DJ as a close second. Fucking amazing songs. I love Troublemaker. I don't like dancing much but that song makes me want to move.
Heather.
I love Mike. It seems like many Green Day fans favour Billie and Tre, and I wish Mike got just as much attention. EDIT: OH NO! I sincerley apologise for the tripple post. I wasn't trying to spam. My browser froze and this happened. If a mod would like to delete the duplicates, that would be very nice of you. You just really love Mike I think over the past few months a lot of has have grown to really love Mike even more because of how interactive, kind, honest, and sweet he has been with fans and via social networking! We've really "gotten to know him" and what we know is really good.
Guest
Mike has always been my dude. I love that man, he's just awesome in every way. I also find him far more hilarious than Tre could ever be, which people find strange.
Overjoyyed
I love the AI Broadway recording of Letterbomb better than the original... it's just so good especially the extra "wake up" the girl sings!!

Broadway was what made me really appreciate Letterbomb in full for the first time. It also gave a new lease on life to She's a Rebel and Extraordinary Girl. It also proved to me that Holiday and BOBD should only be sung by Billie Especially Holiday.
Spoopy Doo
I think Lady Cobra and Nightlife are pretty decent songs. Not bad for rollerskating, anyway (yes, I listen to Green Day when I roller skate).

theviridiansea
There's one guy from the AI broadway that did a great job with "Give Me Novacaine", I think his name was Brian. I liked his version just as much as Green Day's.
Eva
I also enjoy Troublemaker quite a bit. I love Mike. When I first got into Green Day, I thought he was quiet and boring compared to Billie and Tre, but I think he's actually the most interesting guy in the band. The longer I've been a Green Day fan, the more I've fallen in love with Mike.

Cob
I don't like really like Jeff Matika. The way he does harmonies makes them sound too shrill in some places. I preferred it when the band was touring with Ronnie Blake. Also, I'm dissatisfied with the way the live vocals have been mixed on the last couple of tours. Turn Mike Dirnt's mic up for God's sake, you can barely fucking hear him on the songs where he's the only person on stage doing backing vocals. Guest
I think that they've completely ruined X Kid live. They play it way too fast, and it just sounds really stupid. Tré's drums sound awkward, and Billie's vocals are just about in time sometimes. It's gotten to the stage where I don't want to hear it live, it'd just completely destroy my love for one of my Trilogy favourites.

It's one of Green Day's first songs that i prefer studio over live.

I think that's a product of their decision to play all of the trilogy songs at a frantic and unfulfilling pace, as if they have the mindset to appease fans who want to hear those songs, but to rush through for the majority of fans that would skip them for WICA or Basket Case. Ritz
The best mixed live show I heard was probably Echoplex or Irving Plaza.

I'd like to meet the rest of the band before I met Billie, mostly so I could get used to being around them and wouldn't make a complete ass of myself when I met Billie. But also because everyone wants to, I wouldb't want to be stuck with 50 or so other people trying to get his attention.
Unholy Sister of Grace
I think it's because he goes on about english, maths & science and it just sounds plain stupid My response the hatred for this particular line: In sociology we discussed American education and the No Child Left Behind Act. There's an insufferable amount of standardized testing over the subjects of English, math and science, and those basic general areas of education are so dumbed down nowadays, so to me that line is reflective of the downhill turn education has taken, though I know the actual song has nothing to do with that. As others may have pointed out, it's also about returning to the basic high school-mindset of getting into trouble and having little to worry about, yet worrying about it a lot anyway. My two cents ¢¢
