Any info about shows in Pennsylvania (mostly Philly)? I didn't have a ticket yet, but I still wanna know if it's cancelled or just postponed.

i live in Mass so i had to choose between NH or RI... i choose NH. Now its cancelled and RI isnt. well fuck

I'm still upset that my show got cancelled. And I probably won't have the money to buy tickets if they announce a new date. So really...this is a poopy situation if I've ever seen one.

This is great news actually even though there's been no announcement. I feel bad for all who's show has been cancelled. I'm sure they'll make it up to you guys. But man i'm getting excited now. Quick question, why isn't there tickets on ticketmaster for the show in cleveland? Kinda strange haha. But i still have the pre order so i'm honestly completely excited. It also seems like the venue reallyyyy wants them there so i have faith the cleveland date won't be cancelled.

@TheNimrod51 because for the cleveland show tickets weren't purchased through ticketmaster they were purchased through the Wolestein Center's website

It's just aggravating that the Idiot Club posted that US dates were coming SOON, they get everyone all damn hyped up about it, and then they take the post down, and we get emails saying that some of our shows are cancelled. I don't know why Idiot Club has been playing with our hearts, but I do know that I will never pay $20 again until they can be more accurate. Same thing with the guitar pics. I emailed them, and they said that it will be coming SOON. As for the tour, I'm really glad that Billie decided to do something for his health, and I'm glad that he's doing better, so soon. Green Day postponing the shows for Billie is not the problem here. It's the Idiot Club basically saying that the dates are gonna be here soon, and then they aren't. It's so damn confusing, and so stressful, because for one, if they announce a new date, supposedly soon, then I probably won't have my money refunded by then, and it's such a pain in the ass trying to get good Green Day seats. My seats were perfect at the NH show.

...I'm so bummed! and pissed at the IC.

Just got the email saying the shows cancelled. I'm done. Screw Green Day. Thank you for keeping my hopes up for the last 3 months instead of just coming out and saying the show was cancelled. I'm done.

Wait a second. I didn't read all of the previous posts. But only SOME of the shows have been cancelled? INCLUDING MINE? SERIOUSLY WHAT THE FUCK. HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE. Do we know if there will be more tickets released somehow or something? I had GA tickets to the NH show (was gonna buy them for another venue and it looks like I should have...) and now that I have my money back I still want to see a show!

Yeah, they thought it would be easier to screw thousands of hopeful fans after waiting months and months for them to be rescheduled. Thank you for caring about your fans Green Day. Me buying all of your memorabilia and CD's and giving you money was definately worth it. The one time to look forward to finally see my favorite band and i had to be hopeful for 3 months and just come out and say it's cancelled. That's shit.

Look, i'm sorry if i'm so pissed. I know his health is more important, and im really hoping it's just a ticketmaster screw up and they will try to reschedule the date. But i have been waiting so damn long to see my favorite band and it feels like i was just screwed over. So i'm just incredibly aggrivated.

I have an idea. Why don't you take your story to Newtown, Connecticut. I'm sure the townspeople there can't WAIT to hear your tale of frustration and woe.

Obviously they're only human and I don't think we should be like, demanding more shows or anything. Last thing I want is for them to be running around like monkeys with cymbals for us just because we want to be entertained. But it WOULD be nice if they gave us a few new shows and another chance to buy tickets as a result of these cancelations. But this is still very new news, so who knows, maybe they're in the process of canceling the whole thing or something.

Got the email about the Madison show being cancelled. I guess the world really did come to an end.



Does anyone know the situation with the Wilkes-Barr PA show on Jan 10? I got a reminder from ticketmaster a few days ago, but assumed it was just a computer setting. Thing is, I told my husband to go ahead and schedule a business trip that week and I never made flight reservations.
