I didn't either, but I went into my TicketMaster account and it says it has been cancelled.

I did as well. I won't fully believe it until the Green Day's official site confirm the dates.

Why did the idiot club take it down? Did they just hope no one saw it? Urrgg. My first GD concert... I had it in my grasps, had tickets, arrangements. Now it'll probably be moved to a time when I can't go, or have finals the next day or something. That's just the way life works for me.

DUDE FUCK!!! I made a thread on the Idiot Club a month ago about those damn pics and they said "very soon, just a week or so" or something on those lines. I was really looking forward to that giveaway too, all primed to make some sort of Green Day macaroni art project to win.... >.>

Either way, Idiot Club is not worth the price in the least bit.

Is it the same for Canada tour??

Please, please, please let this be for Canada as well.

Maybe they should also add some more Canadian dates. Montreal would be nice.

I think that if the tour were to be rescheduled it would have added dates so there fore I think the shows will be when they come back from Europe

I find that so impossible to believe. It's not on the Barclays center website anymore, just on Ticketmaster. That just means Ticketmaster hasn't updated yet, but the venue knows it's not happening :(

The Barclays Website says that for Green Day:

"Green Day has postponed all scheduled appearances for the months of January and February 2013. New dates for these rescheduled shows will be announced shortly and previously purchased tickets will be honored on the new dates."

Seriously any kind of message from the band would be nice. Even just a message from someone in charge of the rescheduling saying that these dates are still happening or something.

That's interesting though because it refers to "these shows" as in a general guess about the whole tour and not really about Barclays in specific, but still good news.

This was my first GD show as well, so it's a pretty big bummer that we haven't heard a single thing about these dates. I was really hoping we would get something on Christmas, maybe just a 15 second video of BJ saying Merry Christmas Fuckers! I would have loved it.

The IC is really just toying with us at this point.

If your show is flat out canceled and you got your ticket way in advance, do you get your money back?

Absolutely. Both of my shows got cancelled and I got a refund for both within a week of the official annoucement.

Well, maybe what they're doing is just "canceling" all of the postponed dates and then just setting up new ones and having people just buy tickets for the new dates when all of that is set and decided? I mean depending on how long it will take to get the US tour fully rescheduled and everything might take awhile and people would be holding onto tickets for a long time otherwise. *tries to look on optimistic side" looked up on tickemaster for my two dates I had tickets for and one of them said cancelled (I have yet to receive official email or anything about that, but it's a bad sign) and the other one still says TBA. Like I mentioned earlier, either they're canceling all of them and rescheduling them, or maybe their canceling ones they couldn't get rebooked at the same place or something? Either way this waiting game just makes me uneasy and while the band and their health always do come first, all of this is just getting a little frustrating...

I had a feeling that at least one of the shows would not be able to be rescheduled because of scheduling conflicts. So sorry, Madison goers :( let's hope more aren't added to the list.

Check this out! Ticketmaster is allowing you to purchase tickets for the Wilkes-Barre, PA show on Jan, 10, 2013 along with a few other shows. The rest on the Jan/Feb tour say postponed. Interesting.... http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/02004926E1C4850A?artistid=768353&majorcatid=10001&minorcatid=60

The event information says the show is still on the original dates for the Pittsburgh, PA, Brooklyn, NY, and Fairfax, VA show as well. The rest are TBA and the Manchester, NH, Madison, WI, and Portland, ME shows are cancelled.

Hmmm well I definitely wouldn't encourage anyone to actually buy any! It's obviously a mistake, that or the tickets they sell will be honored for the new date.

That's the place/date I'm going to. I didn't see anything on the site about them still selling tickets to that show.

Fingers crossed for the Providence show. It says tickets aren't available right now. It would burn by bum if that gets canceled, unless it was replaced with something in Boston.

If you're in MA, which show did you have tickets for?

And has anyone gotten an email about the Rosemont show?
