Guest
Actually Loss Of Control is my 2nd favourite from Uno I wouldn't put it that high up, but it's definitely not a bad song. There's plenty worse songs than it on Dos, that's for sure.
St. Jimmy the Troublemaker
The Forgotten...? That's not a single from Tre.

Guest
That's not a single from Tre. It's a single. And it's from Tré. Use better wording Just kidding I suspect it'll either be X-Kid or Missing You. Or 99 Revolutions. THIS IS MY GUITAR COVER OF 8TH AVENUE SERANADE LET ME KNOW WHAT SONG YOU WANT NEXT FROM TRE! The Forgotten. And don't spam caps please. Makes you look like a 4 year old screaming for attention.

kerplunkerr
when I first heard 99 Revolutions I thought I was listening to a Lazy Bones outtake or some shit lol. I thought the same too, just at the first seconds of 99 Rev.

Guest
You get the point I know there's a contest to be in a GD music video, but there aren't any updates about that... I assumed that was for a single from Dos. There's going to be a lot of overlap for the singles, it's a bit of a mess.
!
I have the exact same favorites Yeah, those songs immediately stood out for me, the others will probably grow on me!!
Kayfabe
First listen thoughts: I like Brutal Love. Not particularly sure where it's going in terms of direction. Still like it, though.Missing You is ehh. So's the next trackDrama Queen is forgettable tbhX Kid starts off promising, then fizzles outSex, Drugs and Violence sounds suspiciously like another track off Uno or Dos. You have to write these things as soon as you hear them otherwise you forget, but that one song that goes something something like the speed of sound, blablabla merry-go round? Yeah, that. But most importantly, why is he listing school subjectsI like the premise of Dirty Rotten Bastards but again, musically it's all over the place, and not altogether in a JOS/Homecoming good way.I go from neutral to mild dislike to like in the course of six minutes. DRB is definitely a favourite off this albumAh, no way, they re-taped 86 for Tre? Oh no wait, it's just another "new" song - I use that term semi-sincerely. Ribbing aside, 99R is enjoyable. The Forgotten is a charming song, too. Well now that the trilogy is out, I can safely say that it was a mistake. One great album > three average ones. There's fat to be trimmed on all three releases tbh, it seems to me like Green Day did this for the sake of saying they put out a trilogy, as opposed to sincerely believing in their heart of hearts that every single song was good enough for an album. Mr. Shluffy
I haven't taken the time to work it out yet, but do they use that progression on any other songs? Just curious. Well its a I-V-vi-IV progression in E, which they use in F# on When I Come Around and in G on 80, and maybe one or two other songs that I'm forgetting. Awesome song regardless
teresa1988
Finally got to listen to the album this morning and I absolutely love it! My favourites are 99 Revolutions, X-Kid, Sex, Drugs & Violance, Missing you, A little boy named train and Dirty Rotten Bastards - OMG I love this song so much! I can't get enough from it! Can't get enough from the whole album... the whole trilogy!
