Well, at 0:33 starts a guitar on the left speaker only which plays open chords (at least I'm pretty sure about that) This one..idk just doesn't fit perfectly into the song. Dunno what to answer you. It's the exakt same vol. Maybe you need new headphones Commented on Youtube just a second ago "one of your best man!"...I guess taste is different and I guess you can't love em all. I am totally fine with that. For me, this is my personal favorite I have recorded, but maybe because it was so much fun to record. Usually Dookiefieds are pretty straight on, but this one was more of a challange. I guess I'm so sensitive to negative critisism that I see it even when it's not there lol. ok, then dont read my comment know nah, its not really negative, more meant in an honest, supportive way: i dont really like your accentuation of words in your singing here. i dont know, it just sounds a bit weird compared to your usually really good vocals. it is like you tried to do something special with your vocals this time... but it doesnt work for me and makes it sound a bit off. besides that, i really like the instrumental side of your cover (as i love fast music, i wouldnt mind if you would have sped it up a bit ) but as i said before: do the fuck what you want man i dont like it? my fucking problem. great to see other people seem to enjoy it, so you probably did nothing wrong and it just didnt suit my taste. still looking forward to your next work though. a quick edit: i made it sound like i really dislike it. i dont. im still listening to it on repeat and it seems to grow on me a lot. I kind of do agree with the comment about the vocals... not entirely sure what the problem is, but something on the accents just seems a little off. Not a huge issue, but still kind of noticeable. While trying to stay true to the song I don't want to try too hard to sound like Billie because that would make me feel too much of a wannabe. I really appreciate the honesty. Obviously I wasn't a huge fan of the Trilogy either at first hence the Dookiefied versions which I started recording out of frustration with the slow and weak sound. But the albums have all grown on me. I think it was very generious of them to release so many song. They knew everyone couldn't love all the songs but they took a chance I think.
