Todd
Ehh I'd only count oh love and kill the dj since they are the only videos sent to tv and other markets But the others are still official music videos. They're on itunes. I don't really count Let Yourself Go as the official music video considering it's live, but they have directors and shit like that
No Rhyme Or Reason
So my Dos arrived in the mail today, so I decided I can officially listen to it even though it's early. (It arrived at my American home.... I had to listen to the Rolling Stone stream for now....) I haven't read what anyone else has said in this thread yet, so. I have to say, this is the most I've like an album on first listen in a really long time. Seriously, I LOVE Dos!! Every single song is amazing!! I'll do a full review later, but one thing that was really exciting for me: I finally know what that psychedelic song from the secret show is! It's Wow! That's Loud!! I love that guitar so much! I was super excited as soon as that song started playing. It was like mystery solved. The whole album is practically flawless - the songs work really well together, and the whole vibe of the album is great. It's fun yet grimy and eerie at the same time. I can't even describe my joy right now, but that album made me really happy.

Jimmy the Kid
Pitch correction for the win... And the pan on the guitar at the beggining sounds out of place. Other than that, good cover. Thanks for the feedback. And an octave lower? I don't know if anyone can go that low. And yes, an octave lower is possible. Even two. It would sound even worse. JesusofFerrol
And I think that, when Billie can be 100%, they must come back in Letterman. Its "their" show and, it happens, will be a great moment.

But I'm so excited now that I have it Everyone originally thought it was 8th Ave Serenade, but when they played the real 8th Ave Serenade at the Echoplex, then everyone knew it was Wow! That's loud
Vic_Rattlehead
It would sound even worse. Wooooooow. Also, do you know what an octave is? One octave would maybe be possible, at a stretch, it's not like he singing in falsetto, it's just his normal voice.
Sanity Loan
Is that you on vocals? If it is.. fantastic job. You are extremely accurate in hitting those notes and sustaining them. Definitely lead vocal material here. EDIT: Oh, autotune. Well it was a great job anyway. Ok, look. You may call it "autotune" but that's not what it is. It's pitch correction, and there IS a difference. It is only light throughout the whole song. I don't even see how it's noticeable. Besides, everyone uses it. The only place where it's probably obvious is in the "whooaaaa ohhhhs" in the chorus. I can't get that high without screaming out the top of my lungs. Pitch correction for the win... And the pan on the guitar at the beggining sounds out of place. Other than that, good cover. And yes, an octave lower is possible. Even two. It would sound even worse. Also, I think you're just jealous.

Jimmy the Kid
Do you not know what an octave is? Yes my friend, but I suppose you don't. An octave on a guitar/bass, as an example, is 12 frets. Many people have vocal range's that spawn multiple octaves (at their peak), as much as 4, like Bruce Dickinson, Sebastian Bach, Rob Halford, etc. And yes, an octave lower is possible, even two reaching a lower fry. I can sing a full octave lower than you at that song, and can even sing maybe one or two semitones further. It's not that difficult, and anyone saying that it is really doesn't know that much relating to vocal technique. And btw Matt, i don't use pitch correction. And, once again, your song is filled with it, not just the "chorus" part. Can't sing it? Easy, lower your guitar by half or a full tone. Or can't you tune anything that isn't standard? It would be easier to your voice and you didn't have to use so much "pitch correction". But I guess you just like sounding like Kanye West. Let me show you a song that doesn't have autotune and it's from "nowadays": Now please, we've had this argument before and you lost by knockout, so just refrain from calling me ignorant indirectly when you say "Autotune" is different from "Pitch-correction". It's amazing how you tell a lie 100 times and, by miracle, it becomes true.

Slave To The Network
I literally just finished listening to ¡Dos! for the first time since I opened it like an an hour and a half ago. I love it! No surprise of course. I feel like I should also say that when I heard Amy, it made me cry. It was so beautiful the way Billie sang it and the sentiment was equally lovely. It was so good of him to write that song for her. It sounded like he put his whole heart and soul into it. And in answer to the current conversation, I really liked Nightlife!
