¡DOS! Album

I'd do it, but I don't know how long it'd take with my crappy upload speed. And I don't want to get my account closed for Copyright violation stuff. I guess I can try though. I'll see how long they take. They aren't big(all 13 songs are around 92mb), but it may take some time.

And maybe I'll make them unlisted until Friday, or next Tuesday to try and avoid some copyright backlash.

I actually just downloaded the entire album. Maybe I'll try and get around to uploading it too.

YouTube uses pattern recognition, IIRC, to pick out copyrighted tracks. You'd eventually run the risk of having them removed for copyright reasons anyway. Not sure YouTube would care enough to block your entire account, though.

nightlife is awful. Can I say that on this forum? haha.

Not even Green Day can make rap sound awesome, but they damn well tried! I really only care for his parts and the guitar solo.

Wow! That's Loud is so stupid ... like .. silly song ... (But i won't forgive Billie that he didn't record Amy with acoustic guitar ... )

i dont think wow thats loud is stupid at all... i wonder why you think that. And i've never heard Amy on acoustic, i thought he played it live on electric too

Stop When the Red Lights Flash definitely sounds Tubbish. Lazy Bones is good. Not amazing, but good. Wild One is reminiscent of Sweet 16 for me. It has the same '60s bubblegum pop sound, and I like that. Could be an early '60s Beatles song.

See You Tonight - Simon & Garfunkel song. Love it!

Fuck Time - Loved since it was a FHT song

Stop When The Red Lights Flash - meh

Lazy Bones - One of the most mature gd songs I've ever heard. One of my favourite from DOS so far. Nice verse, chorus and bridge melody. A+++++

Wilde One and Makeout Party - meh

Stray Heart - Funny lovely disney 50's christmas sounding like song.

Ashley - Offspring influenced song. Along with Lazy Bones, one of the best. Totally loved it

Baby Eyes - Pre-American Idiot sperimental green day. Not Bad btw

Lady Cobra - Nice Garage, and I love garage Green Day

Nightlife - Green Day and electronic/disco/house/hip pop? No no no no no no. Superfail. And it's going to be a club hit.

Wow! That's Loud - Filler song, interesting melody. But still a filler song.

Amy - Arguably going to claim a good position in my "Favourite Green Day Songs Ever" Top 15 chart.

Agree with this almost entirely.

Are the backing vocals during the verses of Ashley by Mike or Jason? Doesn't really sound like Billie.

Also this fucking album so far  I'll make another post with what I really think of it but so far I fuuucking love it, holy jams

On Uno Tre did backing vocals so it may be him...i guessed he was doing some vocals on See You Tonight also as the vocals aren't all Billie's but sound higher and different than Mike (more like how i remember Tre's). Jason did no backing vocals on Uno (according to the Uno book). Suppose we will find out soon.

Amy is hands down the best song off of this trilogy so far.

Baby Eyes , and Ashley rule as well (They Remind me of the possible direction the band would of went towards if American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown didn't exist)

See You Tonight is the perfect lead-in to Fuck Time. Sounds like a Tre song, tbqh. Short, simple and creepy as hell.

The rest of this album could be unspeakably amazing, but I've been waiting for a studio version of Fuck Time for a few years now. It'll be hard to top the cheesiest song Green Day has ever done.

See You Tonight is amazing. One part The Byrds, one part Simon & Garfunkel, and a third part Situation Totally Fucked Up. Yes, *the* perfect lead-in to Fuck Time, and it all goes downhill from there, hitting bottom with Amy.

More to come later as I continue to listen to this thing....so far, I'm giving it an A.

It's sad to see people put off nightlife because it has a little rap in it. It way exceeded my expectations, as I first thought Billie was going to rap, but I liked it, and it kinda makes me wanna know more about Lady Cobra and her group.

Makeout Party's got a nice rhythm behind it, and isn't half-bad. Stray Heart is just perfect. It sounds like something that would have been on Warning, except it doesn't suck. Again with the Beatles vibe, though.

Finally downloaded it.

I'm on Nightlife right now and I just gave to say wow. This album is crazy in a fucking fantastic way. I'm digging every single track so far, this is pure Green Day through and through. I can really hear the FBHT here, but that just adds the wild raunchiness that this album lives on. I'll need a few more listens before I can say whether or not its better than Uno, but its great.

And let me just say, my God Lady Cobra's voice is sexy.
