Only song I have heard is part of Fuck Time. I have to say, I am not sure why everyone loves it so much. Its pretty good song and the clip in the trailer sounded awesome but I never thought it was one of their best songs by any means. I kinda hope its not the best song on DOS. Sorry, don't kill me

awesome that they finally released the official tracklist..here are my hopes for first single announcement soon ^^

compared to UNO i listened to fewer songs before (Fuck Time, Wild One, Stray Heart (im glad i dont need to wait for TRÉ to listen to this epic song), Lady Cobra, Nightlife, Amy)

stray heart and amy will be the highlights for me i think ^^

Surprised they didn't announce the first single with the tracklist!

They probably will soon. The tracklist is usually pretty close to the single announcement :D

Not sure if I wanna listen to the singles. At least not three of them anyway but its gonna be so hard!

Isn't the first single released on 9th of October (according to box set another release is due then)?

See you tonight actually is a neat way to open the album. If you consider the album the "party", then SYT is that happy cheerful moment when the guests/hosts arrive, carrying the night's many bottles of beer/liquor over their heads like trophy's, and then once everyone's there, the guy in charge of music for the night punches play on their stereo, and that leads to "fuck time", and the party has begun!

We won't know "fer sher" how it leads in from iUno! lyrically 'til we hear it for the first time, but what I'm expecting is for SYT to pick up on the "tonight, my heart's on the loose" cliffhanger from Oh Love. In that I think the overall U/D/T "concept" is a hard look at aging and mid-life crisis from the perspective of an affair gone awry, See You Tonight could pick up with the anticipation that Oh Love sets up. In that Fuck Time is the next track, I guess we know what happens to our nameless narrator and his, um, "objet d'intérêt" next. :eyebrows:

13 songs? I thought there was 12 songs on each album... Well I'm not complaining! hehe

Can't wait to hear Amy

I don't understand the fascination with Stray Heart. From what I've heard, it's just a normal song - nothing special. But I guess I won't say anymore until I hear the studio version.

The chorus is extremely catchy, but I agree... It's a good song, but I don't get the obsession yet.

Stray Heart have this good vibe of a Foxboro Hot Tubs song with the power of Green Day is the perfect macth of Mother Mary et Viva La Gloria ? (Little Girl) (even I don't like this song in particular).

Plus, it's very catchy and the lyrics are great, so the "fascination" with this song is justified to me :)

I don't think Stray Heart is the cat's meow like most people here, but it does remind me of Grease's "We Go Together" a-wop-bop-a-loo-bop-a-wop-bam-boo vibe, and you just can't resist the happys when you think about John Travolta and Olivia Newton John pretending to be dramatically in love... and by that I mean, it's so cheesy, it makes me laugh.

The lyrics defy the music though, because they're pretty sad.

I don't think Stray Heart is like exactly the bees knees or anything like that, it's just a great song and I like it.

I'm pretty certain that if Stray Heart becomes a massive radio hit, everyone here that says they love it and that its the best green day song ever will start hating it and saying how they cant believe it was chosen as a single and how its boring, repetitive, and just not that great. But if it blows on the charts everyone will still love it. Kinda like with Warning...everyone likes Warning because its "cool" to like cuz it sucked and didn't have any hits, but if it was big everyone would start slamming it like they did with American Idiot (which is hands down Green Day's best album). I don't get people. To me its either good music or not, and I don't think Drama Queen or Stray Heart are worth us all shitting our pants over. But I just hope people don't do what they did with 21 Guns and BOBD (yay its AMAZING!!!!! to they shouldnt play that crap at concerts ever again.). I might be totally off base, but it just seems to be how people act around here.

I swear this was exactly what I wished for. I didn't want to wait for Tre to hear the studio version of Stray Heart and now I don't have to.
