Not that this matters, but this is the censored version cause where he says shit, it has that guitar sound like they use on the censored version of uno. Which means there is a censored version of Dos. I keep forgetting that Dos and Tre are finished, and are in boxes in factories right now. Just waiting....

For me it sounds like a bit of guitar, bass, drums and even vocals?!?

Okay, seriously.. I've listened it now few times and I think it's really might be lyrically and maybe musically one of my favorite Green Day songs, can't be sure yet, need to hear the full version. But I got that feeling. I just listened those lyrics, deeply. It gave me chills. I've been through hard times lately and those lyrics, even in this 90 second clip, fits perfectly in my feelings on the last few weeks. I can identify with those lyrics, really. That's one big reason why I love this band's music. It doesn't matter are you feeling good or are you feeling bad, you can always find lyrcis to describe your mood at that very moment. Billie Joe writes songs from real life, about his own real feelings. This song also, is from real life. Right now I find myself from it.

this makes me wonder for how long Billie joe has been fighting substance abuse. i noticed a lot off of uno at some points his lyrics have a lot to do with drinking and just the vibe... maybe its just me? would i be thinking this if he wasent getting help? maybe not. this song seems very dark to me i have a feeling that's how DOS will be. that doesn't mean bad though. i think dos will be some of green days best work ever.

Holy shit! I love it! I think ¡Dos! is going to be Green Day's most experimental album...

Well, yeah, they kinda said there'd be clean versions of all three records. I mean, really, do you think Warner would have let them do three albums in a row if they'd refused to do a Wal-Mart friendly version.

Money Money 2020? Oh, nevermind. That's the Network. Their singer just happens to have the same "Jakob" tatoo that Billie has. What a dick

My first response was, "This does not sound like a Green Day song." It's crazy. It sounds like some other punk rock band I'd listen to, but I like it.

And I also think that even lyrics are deep and kinda sad or something, this still fits to the theme of Dos: "at the party". Even if you're at the party and you want to have fun, drink beer and be happy, you can go through with this kind of feelings at some point of that party. I've been at many parties and sometimes I had thought like that. First you're like in Oh Love like "okay I'm gonna put my heart on a noose tonight". Then it goes to See You Tonight and you're really hopeful to see that girl you like. And then she talks to you and you're getting more and more drunk and you think "Okay baby it's FUCK TIME", but maybe you don't say it loudly, or maybe you do. Anyway, you don't get what yoy thought first when you arrived there, and then you start to drink more and get more depressed and you're starting to get this kind of deep feelings about all of your life. Then everything is like "oh I too tired to be bored, I don't care anymore". Then there comes that another, let's say bad girl and she tells you naughty things and you're drunk and stuff, she's the devil on your shoulder. Then you're like fuck it and then she's your Nightlife on that night. And Billie did say that it's going to be party from hell, so you're really not going through just nice thoughts and things!

Well okay, there was my description of some kind of party and about some kind of feelings through that party, described with some songs what we already know from that album. This clip just get me to think about this.. Yeah, now I really can't wait for this album to come! It's out on November 9th here, so just few weeks to go! :)

Meh?

It's probably another Oh Love for me. Something that sounds uninspired on its own, but works so well in the context of the album that I come to really like it.

Okay so I know this isn't the Angry Birds thread but frankly I'm too lazy to go and find this and I've been meaning to ask this since forever.

What's up with the music stopping after replaying levels a couple of times in the Angry Birds GD thing? And more importantly, how does one fix this?

And on the song: good job on the progression. It started out and I was like "oh jesus not another boring song" and then after 40 seconds it suddenly got awesome. Like, fuck, I love the bit between 40-51 seconds. After that it's nice too.

time to listen to the lyrics.

Not listening to it, but loving reading your guy's responses, sounds like it's going to be one of the favourites from iDos!

Whenever a new song comes out, I realize how little restraint I have.

Fuck, I love it. I do hear the similarities that some of you guys have been pointing out (which surprised me, because I don't usually notice these things haha). But I've listened to the preview so many times already and it's great. This song has gotten me really excited for Dos! :)

I wish the preview had been for either Ashley or Baby Eyes since we haven't even had any descriptions of those 2 songs yet in any of the articles, or any liverecordings.

I could definitley see this song being a single though, its got that sort of vibe to it.

Drum intro brings back Christian's Inferno memories though D:
