Ritz
Exactly^ Every time I listen to Fell For You, I have a weird smile on my face, I feel incredibly happy and see myself entering the good mood phase. Amazing that a song can do that to you.

Amazing that a song can do that to you. Not the first time Green Day's done that, and certainly won't be the last. It's all good.

November's Storms
Picked up my copy of the Limited Edition Fan Box Set today! And what the hell is this about iQuatro!?!?!?!
Homero
Ok, that's it, I'm now officially a goner for Fell For You. The orchestration in the chorus literally brings tears to my eyes, there is something about how the harmonies play off Mike's Insomniac-era bass line that simply makes your head melt into a giant puddle of goo. Question - The band brought Tom Kitt in to help with some of the orchestrations again, didn't they? If so, it shows -- and particularly on this track. After reading this I listened to Fell For You and now I like it more haha Also, I would like to say that Tré´s drums make the album sound way more awesome (I realized this while I was listening to Fell For You). Bastard of 1967
And what the hell is this about iQuatro!?!?!?! Should be the "making of" documentary DVD. There are at least three variations of titles for it publicly floating around now, and in the end it looks like the folks at the label who take care of the typesetting need to bone up on their Spanglish. After reading this I listened to Fell For You and now I like it more haha Also, I would like to say that Tré´s drums make the album sound way more awesome (I realized this while I was listening to Fell For You). EVERYTHING is better with Tre.
iltrenta
Yes, I just bought it! The booklet says: "The album is dedicated to family, friends, fans & punishers", I think that's cool And like Billie said in some interview that they took cover photos themselves, the booklet says also: "Cover photo: Billie Joe Armstrong" hahaha they gave credits to Billie Joe for a cover photo made with an Iphone! "& punishers" ???

The Disappearing Boy
I downloaded this yesterday. This album, in full is on my hard drive. And yet I'm still resisting. Basically, I'm moving into a new house tomorrow but won't have internet 'til Tuesday. Now as I had fancied waking up on Monday morning and listening to the album on iTunes, I can't without internet. Having now downloaded it, I can listen the hell out of it on Monday, safe in the knowledge that my legal copy will arrive the next day!
Malleus
I'm a little late to the Fell for You party but listening to it again, I really like the second guitar (I think idk I'm terrible at distinguishing things in music) at 2:23 when Billie sings "I'll crash into you." It just fits the song so well the way it kinda swerves off and it gives you a really dreamy feeling. Sounds so nice.
November's Storms
Rusty James is really growing on me. I'm listening to it the old fashioned way, on my early 90s CD player. Not the best audio quality but I'm loving it

kerplunkflower90
I'm a lucky german and already got "uno!" today. It's pretty awesome.. Well i think every song is good and could be played on the radio as well. But my favourites are "nuclear family", "sweet 16", "fell for you" and "let youself go". "Nuclear family" would fit perfectly to dookie or insomniac and "let yourself go" to american idiot. But most of all i think "fell for you" would sound perfect on warning. "Sweet 16" is a completely new kind of green-day-sound, but in a nice way, and you MUST DAN CE to it and jump all around!!! My personal dislikes are "troublemaker" and the experimental "kill the dj". Well, these are good songs too, but not in that kind i expect of green day. Forst time i listened "rusty james" this morning i didn't like it at all, but after hearing it a few times now, it's a very good song too. Fucking great album. Can't wait for "dos!"!!! Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love
So I just listened to the album for the first time. Yes, I know I'm days late, but fuck that I will be doing a first impression post First thing I noticed and that very much disappointed me is that the two songs I heard before that I loved, Stay the Night (Marlay Park soundcheck) and Last Gang in Town, have had some sort of dullify filter on them. Stay the Night (studio) and Rusty James have so much potential but there's something to them on the album that removes all the punch and excitement they had. Besides that... first half of the album is more exciting than the second half. Love Let Yourself Go (though that too has more punch live, but it's still pretty great in studio version) and Nuclear Family is quite nice as well. I thought Fell For You was incredibly boring. Angel Blue has the best intro, that's the best part of the song actually, but it's still pretty nice. Mostly the verses are great, I don't care too much for the chorus. Carpe Diem is better than I remember. And there's the pang of memory/pride almost of how when that was first played live and there was a recording I helped figure out the lyrics and it's so nice to hear the final version, hear the song again after having not listened it for months, and to know all the lyrics and that most of the things you figured out were correct. The rest of the songs weren't very interesting. Also noticed that many of the songs sound very much alike.
sampy
hahaha they gave credits to Billie Joe for a cover photo made with an Iphone! "& punishers" ??? Yup! And I really don't know what they mean with punisher, but there it is! this is scary, I've had like 4 page owns on this week! it has to be... Homero
Searching on google I found out that "Quatro" is in latin (it means 4 anyway) and "Cuatro" is in spanish (of course I knew of this one )

Calvin92
I was snooping around on youtube and found this guy in a electronics store talking about new releases this week in music like Uno, and No Doubt's "Push and Shove". I saw him holding not only Uno, but also what appears to be Dos and Tre all in the boxset. I don't know why this intrigues me but it does, so I screen capped it here: http://tinypic.com/r/35m37dz/
Malleus
I feel like punishers are the same guys Troublemaker was written for haha. Kill the DJ gets better with every listen. So does this album, and Green Day in general I guess.

VirginiaMisery
My favorite off the album is Fell For You. The lyrics are touching and the music is super catchy. It's now on my list of top 5 Green Day songs.
iltrenta
Searching on google I found out that "Quatro" is in latin (it means 4 anyway) and "Cuatro" is in spanish (of course I knew of this one ) I think they just mispelled it because the albums titles clearly are in spanish - well except for ¡Tré! but that's a pun - and so the DVD title should have been (see the upside-down exclamation point on ¡Quatro!) I don't think they said "Hey, let's use spanish for the albums and latin/portuguese/mispelled spanish or italian for the documentary!"
Elena
well, since some said they wrote "Cuatro" somewhere else, i think they really just misspelled it in the booklet and realized it afterwards and for the documentary it'll be right ...otherwise i guess they'll just say it's latin and wanted to bring in a Carpe Diem reference, though it's mos probably really just a spelling mistake
