Thank you for clearing that up! I thought it was him but when I saw the chick on the back Dos I was like that's not Mike...so maybe it wasn't Billie :P/>

I think so to, but thats what the lyric sheet says.

Its " Cover Photo: Billie Joe Armstrong. Back Cover Photo: Theo "Firecracker" Stockman. This Album is dedicated to Family, Friends, Fans & Punishers. "

But maybe that refers to who took the photo, not who's in the photo? I don't know but it sure as hell looks like Billie

I think it's not Billie Joe. Especially now that Dos is out and Lady Cobra is on the back. I think each album will have Green Day on the Front, and some other person on the back.

The names indicate who took the photo - it's crediting the photographer. Billie took it of himself for the album cover, and Theo took the one on the back, as he was backstage at the Halloween show at Webster Hall.

Uno for me is one of the worst releases of GD. I usually skip Kill the DJ, Carpe diem and Oh Love, just not my style. I like Angel Blue because of the rhythm. Let yourself go and Loss of control have a good beat, but on the whole sound hollow, flat, somewhat tinny. Troublemaker is okay, and I like Sweet 16. My favourite is Rusty James. When I listened to Uno for the first time I was disappointed, confused. It´s like mass production (in a way three albums within a few months are). It sounds rather uninspired to me, there´s something missing. The freshness maybe, the innocence or spontaneity. Something I found on Dos. I got "used" to it, but that´s probably not the general idea... Maybe my expectations were too high. Now that I lowered my expectations for Dos this might be the reason why I love Dos so much...?

I liked UNO quite a lot.

I can't find the flatness in the songs at all except for Rusty James. LYG is one of my favorite songs that GD has ever produced.

I think it's the overrated song on the album. I mean I like it a lot, but I expected it to blow my mind the way people were talking about it and that just didn't happen.

7 WAR 46 58 72 GREEN DAY ¡UNO! 5,723 -18 6,955 218,744 (US)

So UNO! has sold 218,744 copies in the US?

That's not that good.

But if Warner considers these 3 albums (+maybe a compilation of these later on) as 1 album, then the sales could surpass 1 million with decent promotion when/if Billie gets back.

Its considered 1 album contract wise

Doesnt count as 1 album sales wise so uno/dos/tre will have seperate numbers

I know.

But I just said that when Warner thinks they are 1 album then the albums entire sales are enough for them to be satisfied and they don't have to check each and every album's sales. And the entire trilogy might sell 1million copies in total with good promotion in the US.

Does anyone know if Green Day might have a "performance clause" in the contract with Warner? I.e. that they have to have enough sales so that Warner can't cut them off?

Actually, I don't care if Warner is satisfied. It's them who aren't doing their work. The songs are composed and the albums are out there. I only care about the fact that Green Day have done a good and hard work to release 37 songs and they aren't getting what they were expecting back and it's all Warner's fault.

But they can have some more advertisement, iTunes banner and promotion, maybe some ad of those that show before some YouTube videos... They can do many things not involving the bad directly.

They do have youtube ads they have ads in mags as far as itunes maybe they're waiting for later i mean itunes has recently raised their price for front page ad to an extreme amount of money maybe they dont feel its justified yet...

Then when will it be? I really don't understand. Although maybe they are waiting, like someone said, to promote all three albums as a whole and promote them together in ads.

At this point, whatever about them not selling that amazing. I'm hoping when the band returns, we might see some more promotion, maybe box sets of the trilogy or something, who knows. I don't care as long as we still get to see them, live in concert and on t.v.
