Dirty Rotten Bastard
URgh I'm pretty sure they won't announce an arena tour until after reading/Leeds but I need it now. Even if it isn't for ages, just need to plan.

Guest
i can't see them announcing anything before R/L fests, which is a-ok with me because i don't want them to announce anything for at least another two weeks. whenever they do announce a UK tour, i'll be road tripping it, following them around. i want to go to every uk show, and around half of the EU tour. it's gunna be crazy fuckin expensive but i need to do it. for my own damn sanity plenty of chances to get barrier & on stage that way, too also can anyone give me a rough idea of how many shows they'll do for a UK tour and how much an arena ticket would be? i'm guessing not as much as Emirates was (£70 for fuck sake) but just so i can do some maths, so i have a rough estimate of how much i'll need. In 2009 they played Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin, Sheffield, Birmingham, Manchester and London. Glasgow was £35 so it'll probably be £40 odd now? Hope they play Wales this time! Hope they play Wales this time! Don't forget they played London 3 times and Birmingham and Manchester twice on that arena tour! I hope they do two in Birmingham again and hope they play Wales this time too! Saw The Killers and Muse in Birmingham at the LG Arena in October and The Killers were £50 and Muse were £60. Saw Green Day in August at the o2 Shepherds Bush Empire and that was £50 so I have a feeling that'll be the price of tickets.

Hermione
Oh bollocks just realized if they sell tickets after Reading it'll be just after my Idiot Nation membership expires. Thought it'd cover the next presale for sure when I renewed it last year, grr.

And I think Green Day are known for usually good priced tickets so its possible! I'm just getting myself ready for a £50 - £60 price range so that I've budgeted enough to go to all / as many of the UK shows as possible!
Mary Daze
Since I probably won't be able to go to any of the UK shows - super sad and stupid - I really hope they'll do some shows in Germany and Austria, I mean.. they kind of have to. They at least have to return to the region around Cologne/DĂ¼sseldorf/Dortmund, Hamburg, Vienna and hopefully also to another city in the south like Munich. Some might say they won't come back to Berlin because they did a concert there last summer, but I think they will get back there, too. They originally planned to do a ''full German Tour'' so even though their plans might have changed due to the rehab stuff they surely will come back to at least some big cities, maybe not all that much as they originally planned to but I'd guess at least 3. If they do come to Germany, it'll be right after and/or before the UK Tour, as always. I expect ticket prices to be around… 65Euros (so maybe 50pounds). When do you guys think they will return for an Arena Tour? October/November? I'm kind of worried about when they will announce the dates.

Dirty Rotten Bastard
Arena shows don't have to be announced forever in advance like the emirates did. A couple of months is fine. They could easily announce an arena tour at the end of August and play December/January.
