Dirty Rotten Bastard Posted February 10, 2013 Share Posted February 10, 2013 It's really sad when the festival shows will be shorter, because I will probably go to the mainsquare festival when they won't announce any other arena shows (That pisses me off) I prefer to go to an arena show this year I don't know how long I must wait until they probably announce more dates before I pay a ticket for a festival. And afterward they will anounce more dates :angry And when I wait too long, all festivals will be sold out That's exactly how I'm feeling right now. WHAT DO I DO? SOMEONE HELP? Last year the shows were shorter, both the festivals and "normal" concerts. Probably due to Billie's health though.Weren't most of the "normal" concerts smaller/secret ones though? I think those have always been shorter than standard arena/stadium concerts. And Billie was playing just fine, full of energy as ever. Obviously he had problems but I don't think the shows were affected, the one I went to certainly didn't seem to be. I don't think we'll know how long shows are gonna be until the proper tour starts. I suppose I'd better start planning for that show. Hopefully there will be an arena tour in Autumn. Billie Joe's rehab stint has pushed everything back. In August they intended to have a full UK tour in June. Yeah, it's just festivals in France. It's still better than nothing though and I have to see Green Day more than once this summer. I'm still hoping that they'll announce some UK shows soon.
