JellyTime
If it is normal show, why they announced it today? I mean, why now and not with all the other dates? I'm just curious.

Alex R.
It seems like that there is another Green Day date in France. First one, officially announced, in Arras (about 200km from Paris), second one the 10th of July in 'Festival de Nimes' (South of France) but I'm not sure yet, just rumors. Mary Daze
Cool! I hope i can make it in time to save some money Yep, even though I'd like to wait for the other dates to be announced but I just can't wait to hold the tickets in my hand Are you buying the Golden Circle ones? Btw: does anybody know what the exact capacity of that venue is or how many tickets are going on sale for GD? I read that last year there were between 40.000 and 50.000 visitors at the ''Krieau Rocks''. I think that this ''Krieau Rocks'' is not a festival like Rock am Ring but either something like a concert-summer ?. The question is just: Did they count the visitors of all concerts together or have there been THAT many people at each show? Oh, I think we should better move our conversation about this into its own thread Sorry for that...

LMC
Tickets are cheap as well, starting at 44€ for standing (debout): http://www.ticketsud.com/festival-de-nîmes-green-day Looks like they'll be on sale Friday at 10am. I'm seriously considering this one now.

Haha I just didn't want you to get involved until I knew you'd be going for sure Haha The show in France sounds great, too, sadly it is just too far away (damn Alps for making the actual distance even longer) and it's a Wednesday.. boooo ! sara_gd
On GD.com: Jul 05 Mainsquare Festival Arras, France Tickets Jul 07 La Citadelle Arras, France Tickets And in both, when you click tickets it takes you to the Mainsquare Festival website (the Citadelle place is where they do the festival, I'm seeing). I suppose it's a mistake, but still, July 7? Maybe they'll do something in that date and the people working for GD.com got confused?

I suppose it's a mistake, but still, July 7? Maybe they'll do something in that date and the people working for GD.com got confused? As far as I know, so far we have now 2 Green Day dates in France, first one in Arras, second in Festival de Nimes ! I think that they got confused about the forthcoming France shows. So there is too possibilities: - Maybe they wanted to add the second show which takes place at Nimes. Or the delicate one: - Maybe we'll have 1 more show, which means that we'll have a total of 3 shows in France (5th - Arras, 7th - ???, 10th - Festival de Nimes). --------------- EDIT: Oh my god they've just added Nimes show, that makes sense !!! 3 GREEN DAY SHOWS in FRANCE !! My assumption was true. But what I don't understund is when I click on "Tickets" of Arras and Citadelle it redirects me to the same festival. Maybe it's a mistake ?
