Anybody not get an email for KTDJ yet? I already bought it off iTunes so I'm not too bothered about it, I'm just worried I'll be left waiting when the albums come out too :unsure:

i got the email for KTDJ but i didn't make an account before ordering. so i emailed them and they said i need an account to get the downloads...but i got the downloads so i'm a little confused :S

Yeah I'm in the same situation. Not really bothered about the single either cause I bought it already but I want the album as soon as it's supposed to be available.

Uno! is supposed to be released here on the 21st but I've already come to accept that it'll be 25th or 26th even before I can get my hands on it =/

The only thing in my account that I can download is "Digital Single 3" which I assume is Oh Love but I've used at least 2 downloads and it says I still have 3 left...?

w8 w8...i registered myself before ordering the ultimate bundle and before the GD.com got a renewal...now after the renewal my account seems to be not excisting...should i register again? (with same acc/email?)

I have the exact same problem, except when I clicked download on digital single 3 it took a download and I got nothing. I'm worried now that cos I didn't get a link to kill the dj that it'll be the same kinda shit when UNO is released.

When I check my 7digital thing oh love is listed under that, but no kill the dj.

Has anyone had any proper success with this? Ultimately I only really care about the CDs, as I'll download the singles illegally if need be (since I've already paid for them, I'll do that rather than jump through hoops for their download) but its disapointing how unorganised it is given how much it cost. I just hope they don't screw up sending out the CDs.

I made an account then ordered got the oh love on the website as soon it said order completed but got no email confirmation checked my cc and it took emailed em got the idiot club thingy so yesterday emailed bout kill the dj they say i checked out as guest and they can refund the $ and i can re purchased under an account i screenshot my account like i have one i opened it right before i placed the order... fuck the digital as long as i get the physical copies...

Sad WMG hasn't fixed their on line orders since they are under a whole new company...

I got Kill The DJ here about 13 hours ago..

seems like there is heaps of problems with downloading

HOPE IT DOES NOT DO IT WHEN THEY RELEASE THE FULL ALBUMS!!!!!!!!

You are registered as a Guest. You will need to do that in order to receive your digital downloads.

Since we have time prior to street date, we can cancel your order and refund your money. You will then need to open up a Green Day Web Account and then replace your order, which will give you access to your digital music via your account.

After researching this further, we find you do not need to have an account. You will still receive your downloads via email. We apologize for the misunderstanding.

I don't get it. I ended up doing the cancellation and re-ordering thing to attach it to my account.

But the download link on my account goes to "Oh Love." And I have not received an email of any kind from them.

Damn this is confusing. I haven't got the Kill The DJ code yet and I logged into my account on the store and clicked "My downloadable products", it said that I had three remaining downloads of "digital single". I clicked it two times and it didn't work at all, now it says that I have only one remaining download. I'm getting slightly worried about the download of Uno I gotta say :ermm:

You guys better get this crap figured out by the time ¡Uno! comes out or you're going to have a lot of emails, complaints, and bitchy people. Including me. We're already getting bitchy about how unorganized, frustrating, and untimely this process has been.

PS: Still waiting for my Digital Download #2. Link you provide on "My Downloads" goes to "Oh Love." And I only have one download remaining. Better get fixed soon.

They hit me with that cancel re order shit i asked them if my order was already confirmed they said yes im like fuck it keep it i can just picture canceling the order re order it and somehow they dont get the re order...

if i get no answer from the support till tomorrow ill send them my screens of the confirmation mail of my order and stuff and then tell them according to them i should got the 2nd download yesterday (god knows what will happen with the digital/physical albums i should get at their individual streetdates)...if they still wont answer me or wont fix the issue i have with my account ill send them a mail and warn them that i can easily ?report/do a complaint? with the help of my lawyer

and i can finally login again and see my downloads etc.!! i will try to download KTDJ later...gosh, hope it works, would be a very nice 18th bday present for me if they finally fixed this...last few days were horrible
